Close and restart the MTM app on iPhone
Update MTM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MTM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MTM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MTM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MTM app issues:

Force Stop the MTM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MTM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MTM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MTM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MTM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MTM.

Fix MTM unable to contact server/ MTM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MTM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MTM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MTM on android.
