New update on iPhone software now doesn’t let me use OracleFieldService for work. It says native app label 3! Please fix soon!

OracleFieldService is straight trash. As a contractor working off OracleFieldService on a daily basis I have to delete and re-download OracleFieldService 2-3 times a week because it won’t let me create new work orders. If IOS is updated then OracleFieldService will need to be deleted and downloaded again because it will not work. If my company didn’t require me to invoice off of OracleFieldService I’d never use it.

This will not perform gps repair location. It tries to access safari and all I get is an error message saying safari cannot open page because the network connection is lost. I use several apps that require gps location all day long in my line of work and they all work fine. OracleFieldService is the only one I have issues with. I am not the only one in my work group that has the same issues with OracleFieldService

Programmers use non robust, outmoded binary coded system calls rather than sticking to best practices coding done within the protected mode framework of the IOS. This is typical with Oracle apps. Every time the IOS is upgraded, OFSC and most other Oracle apps will generally break.
Microsoft apps don’t break whenever the iOS is upgraded. Why can’t Oracle use similar coding practices?

Many issues with iPhone one annoying issue is being unable to go back from viewing history of a old work order, causing you to delete OracleFieldService and reinstall it

Same thing as previous poster states. After updating IPhone to 13.1 it doesn’t work. Reinstalled, deleted data, tried everything.

I have to uninstall and re install OracleFieldService several times a week in order to get into my invoices. I think this is mostly an issue with the IOS app more than the google app on play store. I also can’t review my past invoice data notes on IOS as well. The invoice will be blank.

As a contractor who uses OracleFieldService im going to give yall some feedback.
•You need to increase app speed like loading and sending data when jobs are complete.
• You need to also allow OracleFieldService to remember your login information and allow fingerprint login access. That way we dont have to type in our info everytime.
• You need to fix it to where OracleFieldService wont log you off if your off of it to long.
Other then that OracleFieldService is pretty good so far! I just recommend fixing these slight bugs and then I’d give it five stars!!

Hey. This isn’t a review. This is a current everyday user of your app letting you know that it doesn’t work on the new iOS 13.1 update. email me for screenshots if you want proof of what I’m talking about. Thanks.
