- SCORM objects aren’t executed properly

- Webinars and ILT’s only show overall info and do not show any details

- App frequently loses internet connections

- UI is not very user-friendly

- Difficult to use and almost impossible to figure out what courses are actually required

- Doesn't show all courses available to me that show up on the web browser site

- Doesn't give credit for courses completed

To resolve Go.Learn network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Go.Learn App
1. On android, goto Settings » Go.Learn » click [Force Stop]

Clear Go.Learn App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Go.Learn » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Go.Learn.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Go.Learn » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Go.Learn » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Go.Learn
