PLEASE CANCEL - Have never opened this subscription - have cancelled it since August 1 - you owe me $154.95 because you keep charging my credit card.

The app won’t open past the opening page.

This app will not load on my iPhone. I spent $20.00 for a 3 month subscription today for something that will not work. I am requesting my money back

I was trying to join yoga-go. This morning I got to download and never got to download app. So I looked around site and by some comments I decided to just cancel.They told me I would be canceled. Went to my bank and you have 2 charges pending 14.99 and 1519.I never even downloaded the app. So how can you use my bank info. I just need you to cancel.

I downloaded to my iPhone as per instructions. Logged in with email and password and works fine on phone. I would like to access on my iPad but it tells me not a valid account. How do I get this to work on my iPad as it is bigger and easier to see. HELP please. Thank you Bonnie Roberts

I have cancelled this subscription, yet am still being billed. I want this stopped and want credit for last billing. I am notifying my credit card of this, have already spoken with them and will ask them to pursue fraud charges if you do not comp;y.

I can not log in. I paid for the subscription, logged in and used it once and now it wants me to sign up again. It keeps saying the current email is already in use.

I put all of my financial (credit card information) in and then got another screen asking for the same information. How do I know if I purchased the program?

Your information on how to cancel this subscription is non existent , it tells you where, and how to go about it, but you can't log in to proceed with. I appeared to have joined this program by browsing through this product questionaire with out Realising I was signing up. Transaction ID ODW91334YL597142M. I also appeared to have paid $24.92 NZD Dated 31/01/23, just my luck, I do not wish to join. As I haven't received any products or programs, I wish to inform the Management of the cancellation 1/02/2023. I have also stopped any further Paypal payments. Thank you.

Over and over, the workouts begin then the picture freezes and voice stops while the timer keeps going. Won't jump forward or back. I've logged out, reinstalled, closed out of the app and it still keeps crashing.

I can not access the app on my phone. It wants me to resign up and then indicates it is a duplicate. It has done this before. I have used it and like it but keep having this issue

The sound was gone. How I bring it back?

I paid the subscription but I didn't recieve on my email the personalised plan neither my account has been activated so I can't log in.

I cancelled the app which should have cancelled subscription but subscription still went out. How do I stop subscription?

Can't log in after paying subscription.....

Hi I purchased the one month program today but I can’t find the personalised plan. Also on instagram shows a animated work out it doesn’t show as well when I log in .

I can get all the way to selecting a workout, the screen comes up, it’s gray and shows the timer running. And that is it. No sound, no picture.

I downloaded the app, payed for a year (iTunes charge $56.57) on March 27, 2022. The app continues to have me input my sex, weight, height goals then wants to get "paid again". It takes me to mob apple account stating expiration March 2023 then got right back to having me input the setup Basically it will not finish setting up the account refund me or fix it ... since Yoga-GO cannot reach me and no sign of "HELP" very disappointed

Everything loads on my chrome book EXCEPT the video picture. I get the sound and time stamps fine. Works fine on my android phone. Weird..
