Can not check in at the desk with the app! It show: Error URL SessionTask failed with error: A server with the specified hostname could not be found. Retry

There is nothing on the schedule for virtual classes since last Friday, so almost a week and nothing shows for the futures virtual classes! What's going on?

Been locked out of my account from my iPhone since the new blue 24Go Update 3 weeks ago. Unable to register for classes or even access account. Tried reinstalling 4 times, asked check-in desk for help even, comparing my info from computer records. Nothing works.

Need help!!! Locked out as of yesterday.

It does not show check into club so barcode does not show up. I already re installed the app twice

the 24go app does not snyc up correctly with my profile under the corp web site which has wrong information to my profile - the corp website has incorrect information as a wrong membership number - this has been reported many times and yet the corp admin will not fix or update it - so it continues to be worng or incorrect and the app does not work correctly - as the staff members at the clubs have stated I am not the only one dealing with this - they stated many are experiencing problems with the check in app or touch free with phones - for a while the finger touch reader was reading as my membership was no longer valid - I know the corp office is just playing games with clients - they are doing a diservice to the clients by not proving the best service for the needs to clients who use the fitness centers - I went onto the corp website under my profile and found out someone on the corp-side when ointo my profile and changed my email address purposely - this is when I was expencing the finger print not working - all I can think is when they hire someone to set up the app 24 go, which I assume in the beginning it worked correctly, but now the coded lines has as they say glitches or anomalies -

The app is not displaying my club visits on my account page. If i go to the calendar the check ins are shown there but total club visits shows 0.

my app worked to reserve classes and to check in last week. now i cant reserve or check in

I'm unable to set up my login on the app. It says if the problem persists to try later or contact customer support. Where's the phone number for that? The guys at the 24 Hour Fitness desk couldn't get it to work either.

When I try to access on line exercise classes, I get an ad for 24 Hour fitness, and it won't let me get class

I have an Android 10s phone and it's extremely frustrating and time-consuming to connect the app to the internet. Today after spending half an hour at the club I finally gave up. It continues to inform me that I'm connected, but I'm not... I'm not able to access anything outside of the club. It can take repeated attempts of having to open and reopen the app many times until I finally get the "complete wifi connection" banner in the main menu. It used to work, now I click on the banner and it does absolutely nothing. So tired of dealing with this app that never gets any better. It's the worst app on my phone and I dread dealing with it whenever I go to the gym.

Fix this app. i dont like putting in my phone and dob to go on this app everytme I open this useless app signed Frustrated. I uninstalled this app.

My iPad is at iOS 12.5.5 and the latest version of24Go does not work, and I cannot upgrade to a higher iOS version. The previous version did work. How can I install a previous version? Armand
