I was a loyal customer to them, I ordered a shawarma and they just straight up banned my account for being suspicious, like what the-… and their support number takes all your sim’s credit before even calling, it’s a failure now dont install or order from it

Alsaree3 software is one of the worst I have ever seen
Bugs and looping on downloading the list of restaurants. Each update making the experience more disappointing.

Change the UI & everything under the hood if you want to more customers. 🤦‍♂️

Their service is bad and they are canceling orders after waiting for an hour. Their support team did nothing rather than seeing my messages with no response.

Good restaurant choices BUT very bad app , a lot of problems with login , problems with choosing the foods , it’s basically an app with good marketing and poor software.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Alsaree3. The user interface was clunky and unintuitive, making it frustrating to navigate through the options. On top of that, Alsaree3 frequently crashed, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. The selection of restaurants was limited and the prices seemed inflated compared to other platforms. To make matters worse, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I encountered issues. I would not recommend Alsaree3 to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable food ordering experience.

I received a wrong order from the restaurant. I immediately tried the phone number provided by Alsaree3 , but it was out of service. Then I raised a claim and the message promised that customer service will contact me within 24 hours.
It’s been 3 days and nothing !!!!

Hence Alsaree3 is DELETED.

Alsaree3 is so laggy and deliver an awful user experience, the technical side of the service is the worst among the competitors, I am sorry to say this but you really need to think once more about changing the development team cuz they are so bad at their job

This application is bad on so many levels:
1- You can only order from nearby restaurants which is an awful idea, what's the point of delivery service if you don't let me order from restaurants in other areas?

2- The application itself is so slow and laggy, pictures frequently don't appear next to items, the UI is sluggish, hard to move around....I advise to take q look at competitors applications and derive ideas (wink totters)
However, there are many restaurants here than on totters and that's why I wish you improve your application and let us order from any restaurant in Baghdad (I'm looking at you Burger King )

My orders time and time again took too much time more than 2 hrs !! Very bad I don’t recommend it at all Toters is way better
Plus the price for the delivery is the highest among other food delivery apps

التطبيق بي مشاكل يخليك تمل اثناء الاستخدام ياريت تنحل عن قريب لان الخدمات حلوه واحسن من غير برامج توصيل

Thanks for the great app all I need I can found it with your app the only thing I don’t like it it’s the My location most of the time are wrong and this confuse the driver if it’s passable set manually location on the map I thing will make very easy to the driver to found us
