Can’t even open RareMunchiez anymore all it says when I open the up is download the new version and there is no update for it

i never received my order but it says completed and i’ve put in multiple requests and emails to talk to someone and no one had gotten back to be about it. very disappointed.

it's been months since my order. Have tried tons of ways to contact them. They delete people's comments on Instagram and refuse to send tracking info or refund. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

It’s been over a week since my order was delivered and they left out 2 of my items haven’t gotten a response on how to resolve the issue from anyone.

I ordered a mystery box and some other items in September. Never received my full order and have not gotten an email or contacted about a refund.

Still haven’t gotten my package after 3 weeks of waiting

Been a couple weeks and still not shipped out yet!!!

It is going on two months now with no response or no items filled I spent over $100 dollars

Ordered quite a few things from them. Shipment went past expected delivery, but left it be. A week after expected date I reached out to them. Through their website, emails, instagram. All I got was it got forwarded to another department. Never got any replies back after that, even after extensive attempts to reach them. Nothing.

They are scammers. They deleted my comments from instagram, several other people’s comments were also deleted. Any negative reviews they filter out. Have zero customer support or service.

Eventually I had to go to my bank and file a claim to get my money back. We will see if they dispute it. Horrible company. Terrible business ethics.

My package has only been labeled since Friday

Haven’t received my package after choosing 2-5 day delivery and it’s been 2 weeks so far from the time of ordering

I got a mystery bot off the website I got like 4 or 5 juices and like 2 candy’s no chips don’t order from here unless you got the money to get ripped off and I found all the drinks for 5 dollars less then he selling them for and the mystery box don’t look like they do on tixtok

Ordered VIP and it took nearly a week for it to activate. By that time the snacks I had in my cart were unavailable. No communication from them at all. Can’t get a refund. DO NOT USE

Overall from purchase to communication to delivery disappointed

I had order package going on 4 weeks now it said 4/5 business days I understand they are busy but when I try to contact them I get no response. The tracking number does not track where they are nor say if they have even been sent out yet.

Free shipping is false. They also only sent the couple bags of candy and never sent the mystery box. Provided me with fake tracking that never said anything other than “label created”. Don’t order from here unless you want to be ripped off.

?? Fix the bug

I order my Christmas boxes 2 of them for 300$ and I got them shipped after 2 months then it’s almost 5 months no updates and no one will respond about it and shipped my package with no tracking number or anything

Needs to update more on available snacks and user interface and a lot of other bugs and things can be improved on

app is saying i need to update it but i don’t have too do i can’t use it to buy anything else i hope they fix it soon

First of all amazing. Last of all amazing.

Best snacks in the world. But you have to wait a little to get the good stuff. It’s really good overall

If you like exotics you need RareMunchiez no joke I ordered a few mystery boxes got here in 4 days about to re order !!

Great and awesome experience shopping with rare munchies. Amazing products and easy to navigate app.

Orerded on the 1st September over 200 dollars still not received my order. Contacted them no end of times and still not heard a thing of them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
