The app software is one of the worst I have ever seen
Bugs and looping on downloading the list of restaurants. Each update making the experience more disappointing.
Change the UI & everything under the hood if you want to more customers. 🤦♂️
Wrong order issue

I received a wrong order from the restaurant. I immediately tried the phone number provided by the app, but it was out of service. Then I raised a claim and the message promised that customer service will contact me within 24 hours.
It’s been 3 days and nothing !!!!
Hence the app is DELETED.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this app. The user interface was clunky and unintuitive, making it frustrating to navigate through the options. On top of that, the app frequently crashed, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. The selection of restaurants was limited and the prices seemed inflated compared to other platforms. To make matters worse, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I encountered issues. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable food ordering experience.
