I have a problem with ownCloud

User reports:
No current problems

- No real-time synchronization until the app is opened and status is checked

- No size indication or real progress on status screen

To resolve ownCloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ownCloud App
1. On android, goto Settings » ownCloud » click [Force Stop]

Clear ownCloud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ownCloud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ownCloud.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ownCloud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ownCloud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ownCloud
