Wont load game

The game won’t load.

Game will not load. Click on icon, the bear comes up and that’s it. It’s very frustrating as when something goes wrong it’s always when you’re on a good run and then end up losing out. You need to sort this or will be deleting app

My game will not open. What to do

Game not loading for 1.5 days. No response from customer service. Have now missed out on 3,000 energy points as love letter mini game is over! I was only a bit short and would have completed it if was able to get into the game. Tried on iPad do iPhone (both are only a year or two old) Both iOS fully up to date and game up to date. Off loaded memory no change. Turned off fully and restarted. Not my internet as can play other games and go on other sites. I’ve had so many issues with this game but when it works it’s fantastic.

Game will not load

My Animals & Coin game Does Not open the Amazing Trail.Last November i was able to play it, but it flicked me out before a half a minute was up,in December it would Not let me enter the Amazing Trail, and this month January also.They put the Amazing trail every two day's, I cannot play it when it's on.I told them rather the Teddy balloon or the shovel game to give instead.They did Not do that.

I have hundreds of billions of coins and cannot progress through islands. When I complete one I get the "tap to continue" prompt but it doesn't do anything. I'm pretty sure the point of the game is blown up if this part doesn't work right?

Keeps freezing, meaning I lose piñata’s, spades, tournaments because although you character doesn’t move, the timers STILL carry on counting down!!!!! So frustrating, this happens every other time I play…….

I usually bet 5 energies at a time! Everything so often it will jack up my bet to 500 on its own, yesterday it went to 2000 & it took several panicky moves to stop it! Well today I was watching closely! It jumped to 1000 & I stopped playing! So to punish me, the game froze & I can't make it start again & I can't close it out! I'm sure if I hit the button to wack me 1000 energies it would work, but I refuse! How do I get it to go back to 5 energies without getting burned for 1000's of points again!

Hi, keeps freezing especially when I’m always on x100 or more then I don’t get my spades or rockets, very frustrating!

I paid in game app for $22.99 and $48.96 was debited from my account at this has happened twice

Game freezes after rocket ship is earned. I am having to restart after only a few seconds.

The game keeps freezing and the bear isn't moving even after restart.
