How to fix LiveCareer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LiveCareer app on iPhone
Update LiveCareer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LiveCareer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LiveCareer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LiveCareer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LiveCareer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LiveCareer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LiveCareer App
1. On android, goto Settings » LiveCareer » click [Force Stop]

Update LiveCareer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LiveCareer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LiveCareer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LiveCareer.

Fix LiveCareer unable to contact server/ LiveCareer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LiveCareer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LiveCareer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
