Set it up and it’ll work, aside from the realities of building access being tied to something that you can easily break or run out of battery. The real issue is due to the developers failing to understand their customers. I got a new phone and enrolled the reinstalled app, my credential was still in ConektWalletApp . It just didn’t work, I was locked out of the office today. Our credentials manager said this always happens with new phones and Farpointe does not respond to requests for help. To resolve this you have to register a whole new credential, which costs money. And guess what…there is no way to delete a credential from ConektWalletApp ! If you add the new, paid-for credential you’ll have the old useless one confusing and cluttering your wallet. Get the bright idea to delete and reinstall ConektWalletApp , and then reload the credential? Welp it only works one time, so you’re locked out again and need a reissue again. Any app with a credential update process that requires deleting and reinstalling ConektWalletApp in a specific, irreversible sequence barely deserves one star.
