Says ready and finds my ball. Hit and it sounds like it picked it up and nothing. No readouts.

It only tracks my shot about 1 out of 10 times. I’ve tried different lighting I’ve tried the towel I’ve tried different balls I’ve tried 2 different cell phone stands

The reset button is greyed out so I cannot reset after a shot. Shouldn't it do this automatically? I have to end the session and restart after every shot.

I set the phone monitor up properly I believe. It finds the ball in the little screen, the voice says it’s ready, and after I hit the ball, it makes it sound like it heard it, then I go and check the numbers and they’re all zeros. This happens over and over. What else can I do

Can’t get it started. It keeps asking for an upgrade to a pro version.
