- Poor sound quality

- Inability to call clients from work number due to poor sound quality

- Issues with text messages not being able to be deleted

- Incoming calls, including internal extension to extension calls, get rejected

- No option to create a separate contacts list in the app, which may compromise personal contacts

To resolve b-hive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the b-hive App
1. On android, goto Settings » b-hive » click [Force Stop]

Clear b-hive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » b-hive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart b-hive.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click b-hive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto b-hive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch b-hive
