How to fix Printful App app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Printful App app on iPhone
Update Printful App app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Printful App iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Printful App on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Printful App network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Printful App Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Printful App not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Printful App App
1. On android, goto Settings » Printful App » click [Force Stop]

Update Printful App to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Printful App App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Printful App » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Printful App.

Fix Printful App unable to contact server/ Printful App internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Printful App » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Printful App » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Printful App
