Unable to create new products using the app. I used to be able to do this function without issue, but now I cannot. Help!
Previously had the app on my phone. I reset my phone but now the app won't open. When I go to the App store it shows App is not compatible with my device.
The app is frozen on the welcome screen. I have uninstalling and installing doesn't solve it.
Trying to add products but when I click on a product it just spins and never opens. Tried waiting it out a few times for more than 5 minutes but it never loaded.
Having issues with loading design on tshirts. Just a white over screen and the circle of death going around and around.
