I like that we get notified as soon as orders (or shipments) get sent out, but the user experience for tapping the notification for more details is terrible. When I tap a notification from my lock screen, PrintfulApp loads slowly and basically forgets that I’ve tapped a specific order and just brings me to the dashboard. By then, the notification has disappeared, and I can’t view order details unless I happened to remember the order number before tapping. The only workaround is to pre-load PrintfulApp first, and then tap the notification. Hardly optimal!!

Please build in a “notifications” or “alerts” tab into PrintfulApp so we can tap and see all of our orders/shipments that have been recently sent out. This is especially important during COVID-19 when customers’ orders are super backed up. Every littlest update has significant impact, and a very little app fix can bring it that much closer to our fingertips. I want to see WHOSE order was just shipped out so I can have peace of mind.

I haven’t been able to use my account since the day I opened (10 days ago) because “I need to confirm my email”. No problem with that! The problem is that I wrote them the same day telling them I had issues with the system, which kept saying “there was a confirmation email sent to your email”, and that “if I didn’t receive anything, request the link again”. Nothing ever arrived to my email!! Not even me requesting lots of times!! And when they “reply” (3 different people have done it) they keep asking me what was the email I register my account with, even though I have said it already before!! REALLY???!! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO BE WAITING TO CONFIRM SOMETHING IT CAN BE DONE IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES???!! THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THERE IS NO VALID EXCUSE TO NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO SOLVE SOMETHING LIKE THAT BLAMING COVID-19, AS THEY STATE ON THE PAGE: “HIGH VOLUME OF MAILS ARRIVING”!! IF YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO HELP IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE, HIRE SOME MORE!! 😡

Ok I have used this company for YEARS! And for years I have love it! Their quality was amazing and turn around time was superb. But lately within the past few months their quality has decreased significantly. I have several Etsy stores and I sell mugs tee shirts and hoodies. Sadly almost daily I have to submit problem reports of broken mugs, or items misprinted or double printed on apparel. This is really affecting my reputation which I worked SO HARD TO BUILD! Despite over 20 complaints they still refuse to pack their items in such a way that they don’t break.

Update: developer said as of right now they have no plans to change they packaging. And sadly just this morning once again I had to submit 2 more broken mugs problem reports. Very unprofessional, and with no plans to fix it. There you have it folks!

I’ve been checking back since this update went live to see if there has been fixes but there hasn’t been. This update was not ready to go live. It was a complete layout change but in doing so none of the product pictures will load and when you go to the orders tab or try and view any products etc. all you get are white bars against the black screen background. PrintfulApp was already a decent overview, and I prefer to use the website still, but now there isn’t really a point in having PrintfulApp until this gets fixed. Yes I have deleted it and re-download it with still the same issues across a couple devices as well.

It’s free. Does give option to buy pro. And it’s well worth it. They make it easy for beginners who are looking to start their own brand.
Only thing I would suggest is it does shut down on its own sometimes when using PrintfulApp . Also, an easier way to view each font before selecting it as I hate scrolling all the way from the top when I select one. I usually forget where I left off, more fonts would be great and an easier way to remove backgrounds of images and a way to format them to the needs of the requirements.

It’s nearly 2020, and PrintfulApp still does not work in landscape mode on an iPad. Come on Printful, it’s overdue. The last time I tried PrintfulApp the notifications didn’t work properly and I missed orders. I don’t know if this has been fixed yet because I’m not using a portrait app on my iPad! So disappointed to find out that a year later this major user interface issue is still not addressed.

I noticed a developer response (to another reviewer) saying PrintfulApp is not yet compatible with iPad, if this is the case then why is it available in PrintfulApp Store on an iPad? Or more to the point why haven’t you made it compatible yet, you’ve had several years to do this?

There was a time when Printful was way ahead of the competition but they are really starting to lag behind now.

I tried PrintfulApp for over one year now and it has been working all day long I didn’t spend all day long on my phone making clothing for school and it gives my phone free shipping and whenever I have a question about my package it will let me know why it wasn’t there on the right day printfull if you’re reading this just letting you know this is the best app ever that I have seen on PrintfulApp Store

PrintfulApp is good for getting a bird’s eye view of orders and such but it doesn’t allow me to approve design questions from Printful. There was a problem with the embroidery and they asked me to approve their solution. I could see the Hold that was placed on the order, I could see the updated design, but there was nowhere in PrintfulApp to approve it. This is extremely frustrating as I was not near my desktop computer and my order was needlessly delayed by two days until I could get to my desktop to release the hold. Second time this has happened. PrintfulApp is helpful but not nearly enough robust.

Terrible service, reps don't care about or value business. I've had an item in quality review for 7 days, they continue to tell me it takes 2-7 and send me a chart showing times. Then respond to me with its "merely just waiting for someone to review the printing" The rep(s) show no sense of ownership, escalation, or care. This is shown through their responses and copy and paste responses. Tried to escalate as i am using Printify now and they have sent 14 orders out, printed and many already delivered, I am still waiting for a facemask to be "merely reviewed"

Save your client ratings DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, also it appears they of thier reviews if you see a negative comment their is then a slew of non descriptive comments with 5 starts. Major trend.

The only downside is there is little protection for companies against fraud. Since they work with Stripe people can steal from your business, taking money out of your accounts and holding you accountable. I’ve had my first one in 10yrs a few months ago and it shook me from wanting to continue with apps/companies like these.

Although the conveniency is amazing, having full documentation didn’t mean you’ll be compensated if a bank says a buyer didn’t authorize an order. You’ll lose every time sadly.

I’ve been using PrintfulApp since January, mostly to keep track of my incoming orders. One improvement that I would appreciate would be to be able to change or cancel orders within PrintfulApp . I am not always near my computer when an order comes in and if I need to make a change due to customer request, I would like to be able to do that on PrintfulApp - if I can’t get to my computer before the order starts processing it is too late.

I’ve used other print fulfillment companies and this one is by far the best. Easiest design interface, online support in the moment, and great selection of products. I have minimal knowledge of programming and interface and it was a breeze connecting my store to my woocommerce site. Our nonprofit doesn’t sell a ton of stuff but these guys still give me full customer support for every question I have. Can’t recommend enough.

PrintfulApp is clean & crispy, but missing a lot of needed features. Like, I can’t even see a list of what I created on my lapotop while under the same profile. Only am able to see what I ordered. I understand that this might take some time. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. I’m keeping PrintfulApp for now. Looking forward to many updates.

PrintfulApp is definitely helpful when you want to get straight to the point and create orders on the fly or monitor your volume.

The recent addition of the P2P chat device is a little buggy much like on the mobile version of the website but I suspect with the newest iteration they may have snuffed out my previous issues.

Maybe in the future some customization visual report or an ability to display store catalog would be nice.

I love Printful, but PrintfulApp frustrates me because it is nothing near the online version. It needs nearly the same capabilities as you would online. I could not figure out to save my life, on how to move along with my products after I finished designing them. PrintfulApp and the web need the choice between a male and female mode mock-up rather than it being automatically selected. Other than that, I love Printful.

I had Printful embroider and print some clothing for my business and i was actually very surprised at how well they did. I have tried other companies before but I have never gotten the quality I was looking for until I received my package from Printful! Thank you so much and I will definitely be ordering more!

I appreciate the ability to fix fulfillment issues on PC Devices/normal web browsers, but please add all payment resolution options for the mobile site as well. Today I could not easily find the option on the mobile app which would’ve been a disaster to resolve payment issues away from home. Thank you for your help in this process.

So, I do not enjoy leaving only two stars for PrintfulApp as I really enjoy this companies goods and services.
However PrintfulApp leaves you needing a computer to do most anything. Have an order on hold, I’m on the road and don’t have a computer with me so I rely on my mobile devices and it seems I am left stuck waiting to get home to use a computer. I also had to do all my designs on the computer as well. PrintfulApp only seems good for viewing your orders and for them to advertise things to you.

I love the products I’ve created in my store using Printful as my POD. But my concerns are the inconveniences of designing, ordering and monitoring on the go with my mobile phone and iPad.

I’d like to see better applications formats that turns PrintfulApp in landscape as well as portrait modes. I use my iPad for most everything but its frustrating to work when i have to turn my device to portrait when landscape is more functional for me.

PrintfulApp is missing somethings that the website has, recently i encountered one where my order was on hold, didn’t tell me why, i just thought it was cause of holiday season. 2 weeks go by still, nothing, i go to the website and i have messages from printful telling me my puff embroidery isn’t possible. i didn’t receive any email or anything telling me about an issue. now my test products are delayed i’m probably going to get it them in january now.

1. They name their colors things link heather deep teal and Heather forest instead of blue or green, and you can’t change it so when the customer goes to your store and goes to color options they have no clue what it means.

2. There are very limited mock ups. I think the reason people do print on demand is because they don’t want to own inventory and take product pictures themselves, it wouldn’t hurt to give us more mockups. I wanted to make an all over t shirt but they don’t have a plain no person shirt mockup so it wouldn’t fit in with my store so I couldn’t make it.

You can’t create new products or even see existing designs on PrintfulApp . It’s only for customers. The most you can do is look at your Shopify orders. I need to go to a Printful app for that? They are so busy meddling in things like how much I earned from OTHER PODs that they don’t have time to make an app that could actually sell Printful designs. I can’t fathom how such an incompetent business model can make it for long. Pretty meh. Actually very meh. Doesn’t help designers at all. A waste of effort on their part for a major disappointment.

Love PrintfulApp . It’s straight to the point and very very easy to use. Some more features would be nice in the future but it’s very new so I expect that. The only problem is the switches for the notifications won’t activate. They are real buggy. I’m sure it’s just a little problem bc it’s new but overall super nice application.

I got the email from Printful about the ability to start new orders right from PrintfulApp . Exciting! But, I don’t seem to be able to do it at all. The option to start new orders doesn’t show up for me in PrintfulApp . I have an iPhone 8 Plus. I’ve deleted and reinstalled PrintfulApp and I still don’t see the “Nee Order” option. Am I missing something?

I really like that i can manage my orders from PrintfulApp because I travel a lot & every time its not possible to take my MacBook or iPad. Thumbs up for that!
But, I would really like to see some advanced features now from the seller point of view since it has been so long PrintfulApp has been created.

I’ve been using printful for 3 years now and don’t see leaving anytime soon, just wish you could make and edit products via PrintfulApp . I’m always running around doing multiple tasks and sometimes I get an idea and want to quickly make it on the go.

PrintfulApp is great for telling you everything you need to know about order statuses and your margins for the day week and month. The thing that would make PrintfulApp 5 stars is being able to complete orders with the generator. Weird I can do it on the mobile site but not the actual app as of now

PrintfulApp works on a phone, but I rarely have a reason to do business on my phone. I see no reason to squint at a tiny screen when I could be on my iPad, which is virtually always in horizontal orientation. Please make PrintfulApp rotate — it can’t be all that hard since so many useless apps do it effortlessly! Thank you.

I don’t want to sit at my computer all the time to design my clothing and items. I would love to see the same design process on my phone so I can just upload my images on to whatever product, pick and choose my products, and done...all from my phone. Let’s get this going and I will be really impressed.

Hey Printful!! I love your app and business. Only thing I suggest is to have better statistics on PrintfulApp . I have to go to the website EVERY time I want to see my profit for a certain amount of days. This would be awesome, thanks!!!

Its great for looking at orders and statistic but i was hoping it had everything the website had. But its good if you have your store up and running and you wanna look at your sales.

PrintfulApp has a solid start, hopefully we can place orders from PrintfulApp in the future! I appreciate quickly being able to see the statuses of my orders though.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t rate this less than one star. My review is an indictment on the company as well as PrintfulApp .

The company has strict guidelines and you won’t know if THEY think you have violated those guidelines until you are trying to fill an order. And you can draw anything you want. If they don’t like the message on the shirt, your scribbles will “resemble” something that violates the guidelines.

PrintfulApp is worthless. It only lets you review sales. No adding products or anything like that.

This company only cost me money. Save yours. Look elsewhere.
