Hi. My VeSync scale spp is not showing my historical data. I started using it in 2019 but it only shows a graph for 2022 weights. Please advise on how to get graph from previous years.  Thanks for your help

My wife's weight has been saved onto my account. How can I delete this specific recording?

My (and my wife’s) data was tracked for several months. But yesterday, after weighing, the app asked for my login info which heretofore I have not been asked for. Ultimately I was directed to download the new VeSync app with the promise that my old data would not be lost. I downloaded the new app and registered but find that my previos data has disappeared although my wife can view it on her VeSyncFit app. Help!

Useless for tracking trends over time.

Suddenly, something is wrong with the scale or the app. Scale is less than a year old. Now, when syncing, it will only update the app with the latest stats of each day. You could weigh in the morning and evening and it will only push the evening weight to the app. If you wait multiple days to sync, it will only update with the last weight each day. If you are trying to track morning weight trends you are no longer able to. It didn’t used to be this way. You could weigh multiple times per day and it would update with all of them on the calendar.

Scale works fine but that app has some glaring issues

First off I want to say that I absolutely hate the fact that if the app thinks you gained weight or made negative progress, it plays this sound effect like you’re a failure. That’s an awful way to motivate people to use the scale and track their data, and there is no way to turn it off or change the sound or anything. Also, the app seems to have difficulty registering the data coming from the scale. The first time I used it, it told me I had lost 20 pounds, then I weighed myself the next day and I had only lost roughly ten pounds but the app didn’t seem to like that so I had to mess around with it to get the right data in. The scale is nice and works the way it should, but the app is next to useless. Would definitely recommend to buy a different scale with a better app, if you really want the data kept on your phone/mobile device.

Scale Great, App is Horrible

So i got the scale yesterday. it’s confusing how to sync to the app. App isn’t intuitive at all. At least my kids decided the scale is a toy. which is fine, but i accidentally associated all their weights and measurements to my profile. GUESS WHAT! you can’t delete the weight once it’s linked to your profile. If you can, neither me or my wife can figure out how. So now i have a 250 weight with a drop to 64 lbs. the averages are all messed up. So i have to delete my entire profile and start over. At least it’s on Day 2. If you’re going to have a scale used by multiple people, we humans are going to make accidents when linking daily measurements to profiles.
