The developers never concede to any feedback regarding their inability to abide by their own notification settings and it is frankly quiet annoying. I have had issues with Cliq's notification settings and they are never willing to do anything about it. Example, I have it set to only send me a push notification on my phone only if there has been 10 minutes of inactivity on the desktop. I can responding to a message I just received and get a push notification. Fix your abusive notification settings and make them follow the rules you are telling the user.
Edit: Simultaneous notifications should've never been an option for a messaging app. When users have multiple devices it is very disruptive when for one notification you'd get 2 to 3 times the notifications for every single message.

We moved everything over from Slack hoping that Cliq would be a better option. It isn’t for one very specific reason: you can’t use the app on the phone without it crashing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve contacted support. I’ve given them data from my phone at their request. I’ve installed TestFlight at their request. NOTHING WORKS. We’re switching back to Slack. This is nonsense and sad because we’re Zoho One customers. [I will update my review once the problem is fixed.]
Still not fixed. They keep saying it’s only our organization that is having the problem but there are several other reviews with the exact same problem. The phone app is garbage.

I’ve used it for weeks. Previously I’ve used slack. Cliq is too much buggy and UI/UX is a total mess. You can easily get lost in menus, threds are showing really bad. Even you may be mentioned some where and it won’t notify you some times! We’ve sent feedback to the team and they ignored and didn’t fix bugs. I hate this weak and frustrating app. Actually it should be removed from every where till their team fix these bugs!!!!
