Terrible customer service

Avg makes you jump through crazy hoops to speak with a customer service agent. Their one phone number gave me an operator who barely spoke English and was extremely rude. Once I told the operator I was frustrated with my service he falsely accused me of using bad language and then refused to transfer me to a supervisor even after asking him repeatedly to do so. Avg customer service game me no means of following up on this and acted like a bunch of robots. Avoid this company. It’s not what it used to be. They won’t be there for you after they take their money. I’m a life long customer who has permanently canceled my subscription.
Leak of passwords?

I’ve been using this VPN because is the cheapest one and because I used to thrust in AVG as antivirus.
But after a week of using this VPN google sent me a password leak warning... about 23 of my password has been leaked because a third party app (accordingly to Google).
I’m pretty sure this leak wasn’t because I was reckless, I don’t install apps that I don’t really trust but as Google said was due a third party app and the only app I’ve installed recently was this VPN... so now I’m really concerned if was AVG VPN the responsable for this “leak of passwords”
