Kyte POS: Store Inventory Reviews

I can’t create a new product, can’t create a new category, everything goes to blank screen and I have to shut KytePOS and open it again, but still doesn’t work. What can I do? I paid a monthly subscription and I’m wasting my money cuz I can’t do anything… please help

It’s not meeting my business needs .. I’ve not had one sale but I get email about how it’s not working it just spins. I’m in Jamaica and my customers in US and UK keep telling me to get Esty..KytePOS is not user friendly either it sends notifications of discounts for the upgrade but why would I pay for a upgrade and I have not had one sale.

I was actually pretty excited about KytePOS. Unfortunately, sales tax can only be pre calculated to two decimal places. At minimum it should be a simple text entry. Let us determine where the decimal goes.

Also, there is an option to have sales tax on, or off, for the whole order. This doesn’t work if some of your products require sales tax, and others don’t.

It was going great i got my catalog finished got my link than i was checking out the other features, clicked on something and it brought me to a white page that i cannot get off of. I’m afraid if i delete my app I’ll loose everything. I stopped KytePOS and tried to reset it, i updated my iPad and checked for app updates. Now I’m at a loss.

Love KytePOS but would love to see product variations, the ability to add or remove items from a customers pick up or delivery cart, and also how many people visited my store in a day, week month.

Easy use, setup is relatively easy, track inventory, receipts for printing and reports for tax purposes. Overall really great way to track and sell products.

I find Kyte extremely convenient for a small scale business
It’s versatile for all types of products and allows flexibility towards currency and the ease of use is just amazing
However for me it doesn’t allow me to combine a set of items and make a bundle with a discounted price
In such a way when a bundle set is sold, individual items also get deducted
Hope this happens in future

Every time that I go pro my website name change. I would like to keep the same name! It’s difficult for me to send a message every single time to my costumers that we have another website name.

I love KytePOS and it has helped a lot with my small business. I use it to run a clothing boutique. However, I would love a way to install Facebook pixel as it helps with my business. If you can do this it will make me an extremely happy customer.

KytePOS works great but when I try to add a product, everything turns blank and I can’t do anything on KytePOS but close it. Can anybody help me?

LOVE LOVE !! The design, the look, the idea, its all there, however there are some minor things that could get upgraded like the fact that once a product is uploaded it doesn’t allow you to add more subcategories for that product, like adding options to either add or remove items within the item itself for additional charges, that would be really helpful to have.

I need to access to KytePOS , but I can’t, when I log in, it shows everything for a few seconds, and then it goes to a white and blank space, I reset my phone, reinstalled KytePOS , but it keeps doing the same, please if you can help, I’ll be so thankful

KytePOS is so good, it’s really good for me and my business

I think it’s the last update, ugh, I really need to be able to use my account

Great App work is great for my business, I just wonder if there could be an option to tell my customers there is a wait time on their order. I run a home made ice cream business which is made to order. Is there any way to add that feature?

Really user friendly app. The design, the options provided are by far more attractive than other apps. I’m so happy with it, even though I’ve paid the yearly subscription, if you are just starting you can use it for free!!

A column that supports documentation of products with the same Specifications, looks, & finish. Like iPhone, Airpods, MacBook, Notebook PC, ETC... But with different serial numbers or IMEI's.

I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS FEATURE! as i am not able to file products with serial numbers or IMEI into Kyte, without creating multiple items on the catalog..

Would like to get updates on future new changes.
One of them is being able to change customers if
The wrong one was chosen without having to redo the whole order.
Second I’d like to see a printed report of all pay laters.
Third if I’m at a customers, I’d like to see some sign that they still have an outstanding balance while I’m writing up a new order.
Fourth - more variations on printed reports would be helpful. Like what customers did each month to determine which ones to keep or not keep.
Otherwise it’s a pretty good system.

Been paying the pro version for months and I don’t regret it at all. The only thing I feel is missing is the fact that for an article you can’t put different sizes so you have to create another article with the various size so it’s quite annoying.

This software is really smooth. I’ve been through three solutions including Square™️ and Loyverse™️ (the giants in this space if you ask me) but these guys have brought a strong fight to the game.

There is nothing about KytePOS I can fault for the small business, it’s polished and works well. Only tiny issues that I can mention like no dedicated iPad app to take advantage of that larger screen (if you guys are reading, let’s make this happen). The ability to customize the item positions on the product page is coming they told me, soon they will get all of the Spanish out of the English pages lol 😂 and I believe these guys will make us proud.

But for my needs (delivery van) I found what works for KytePOS.

My little shop is considering the switch from Loyverse, that’s a tall order but we sure are giving them a chance.
