I was told to install this by our local UPS Store. It asks for a photo (why?) and then requires you to give it access to your microphone and camera. Why? It’s a Bluetooth app to access a door. There’s no reason to give it access like that, but it doesn’t work without it. Bad design, bad privacy protocols, uninstalled.

CloudKeyz seems like it’s in the very early stages. Rarely works when not on WiFi, takes forever to launch.

Support function doesn’t work

Beware, if your cell provider is Google Fi, you can’t set it up. The text message to validate your cell number never comes through.

no notifications are being pushed to my iphone 7+, resulting in several missed deliveries. notifications work fine on my wife's iphone 10, so looks like an incompatibility with older iphones?? developers pls fix. otherwise CloudKeyz works great.

It is about time someone made a much better way to manage access for apartments. This is a great way to get in and around the apartment complex and it is even better for providing access to my friends and family for when they are coming over (The KeyVite feature is really cool). Everything was much easier to use than I expected. Nice work, this app!

Use this to open doors at my apartment complex. Pretty awesome to be honest, wish some of the doors were named differently.

Best keyless entry system I’ve come across! The fact that you can give temporary “keys” to your visitors is a genius idea! Gone are the days of giving out your entry code! This is a great way to keep every safe!
