Never got my order, been about a year now..
When I placed the order I did the scan, they worked on the glasses then they shipped it. I waited a few weeks nothing came and tracking wasn’t updating. I emailed them they said it got lost in the mail… that they’ll reship them. I said okay and I waited. I received the new tracking number and got a notification that it shipped. I waited. Tracking was not updating and showed it didn’t get touched by the shipper just like the previous one. They emailed me saying there was a problem with the scan that I had to do another facial scan. I told them that couldn’t be the problem because It said that they won’t ship unless the scan is completed and the glasses were made… how could you even ship them if the scan wasn’t good? Why not tell me that when I placed the order right away? Why wait a few months after placing the order to tell me the facial scan wasn’t good?

They never replied back to my email asking those questions it’s been a year almost. And never sent my glasses out or issued me a refund. They took my money, came up with a excuse, after confronting them they stopped communicating.

It asks you to pay sfter the scan although I’ve already paid. I tried this several times and it does it every time regardless of whether you are logged in or not. I have no idea if my scan made it with the already paid for goggles. This needs to be fixed.

Ordered a pair of goggles over the Internet then had instructions that I needed to download the scan app for my face to order. It would then transferred the order over to TheMagic5. That did not happen it said I had to re-input my information and created another order saying now I’m ordering TWO sets of goggles

It was very difficult to get a hold of customer service to try to get this incident Repair

Received a an email and push notification on TheMagic5 that my goggles were starting to be processed went into TheMagic5 saw that the one item was canceled try to clear the cancel item and TheMagic5 said I was re-ordering the canceled item.

This foggy app needs a lot of changes and updates so it works properly for anyone that needs to use it for proper fit of these specialized goggles.

I’ve tried multiple times in multiple locations to try to get a proper scan. TheMagic5 will NOT scan the area around my eyes or the bridge of my nose which of course is where these goggles need to fit. I’m waiting to see if this company has a solution.
So far. NO good!!

Ordered a gift card, came late for Christmas due to an error in their internal ordering system. When you try to use gift card the ordering email is required-however the system doesn’t allow it to be entered. No one picks up the phone when you call. This has been a very difficult process. Hopefully the goggles are better than the ordering process. I may never know!!

I will admit, I have not received my goggles but so far I am not impressed. First, the face scan literally takes 6 seconds. Doing the scan so fast can seem like a good thing. However, having dealt with other face recognition apps that take much longer in scanning your face makes me think the scan can’t be of very high quality. I emailed several times to express this concern and I have received absolutely no response. They are very good at sending you a lot of unsolicited e-mail. Perhaps I am wrong and will be delighted with the quality of the goggles but based on my experience so far I am not keeping my hopes high. As I said, not impressed

I really wanted to like the Magic 5. I had seen a lot of promo for them with different pro athletes and the goggles look great so I decided to give it a go. I ordered 2 pair and used TheMagic5 to scan my face which was an easy process. Order was accurate and on time. However the one thing that you really need goggles not to do is leak and these things are the leakiest goggles I have ever owned. I swam competitively for over 10 years and have probably owned 50+ pairs of goggles in my life and these these 2 pair are the only ones I recall giving me so much trouble. I have tried every suggestion on adjusting the fit to no avail. Whelp back to the non custom Roka or speedo goggles for me.

TheMagic5 works great, takes only five or so minutes and is pretty smooth. The actual scanning screen doesn’t fit on the whole screen (not just on my iPhone SE, same thing with the 7 and 6) and there is an annoying clip that you must watch every time you scan your face- which I had to do multiple times do to user error. Other than that it worked well and did its job! All that’s left is too see how the actual goggles work!

Scan process seemed to work. Looking forward to getting the goggles!

I love swimming but don’t do it as I never find goggles that fit. A friend recommended themagics and I decided to give it a try. Not only is it an innovative and overdue concept, but they make it so easy: in TheMagic5 , all you do to link your order is to enter your email address, and then do a quick facial scan. Can’t wait to get my goggles and see how well they work!

I am in love with my Magic5 goggles. Absolutely the best I have ever owned. TheMagic5 was so easy to use, and only took a couple of minutes to scan my face and complete my order. I can’t recommend TheMagic5 and the goggles enough!

Magic 5’s are the most comfortable goggles ever. Even after 5+ miles, no goggle-eyes from having to keep the straps tight to prevent leaks. The only problem is when I go from my murky lake to clear water ocean swims the range of view has me seeing too much!

What a quick and seamless experience it was to order these goggles! The facial scan worked the first time and took just a few seconds. It was a really cool experience creating a custom product right in TheMagic5 . My goggles arrived and they fit me absolutely perfectly. This is a game changer.

I want to the am everyone at The Magic 5 for the donation of goggles for use as EMS PPE during the CV19 pandemic. Their donation of goggles to frontline EMS workers is above and beyond. Thank you for everything you are doing!!! Bonus is when the pandemic is over we can use them during our water rescue calls/training! 👍👍

I ordered the goggles over 20 days ago. Still no goggles. Email responsive is inadequate. The goggles appear to have been shipped so some of my unhappiness may be with shipper -DHL.

However, I ordered the goggles via TheMagic5 and so far no goggles.

I WOULD NOT recommend anyone purchase goggles from this company.

Very poor customer service , always answer phone , impossible to talk to live person . Also scanning advertising on there website is totally different to TheMagic5 , much simpler and far more primitive compare the advertisement .Not sure if its all that advanced..

App crashes every scan and can not process order. Suggestion, make “contact us” option intuitive so customers who have an issue like I
have experienced can reach out and get assistance.

App works great! Following the instructions on screen was simple and easy. BTW I love the goggles, would never wear anything else!

I love my new C5 goggles. They fit great and don’t leak. I just wish they would make them with correction for us myopic swimmers!
