A lot of bugs. I get to passengers house and can’t press on location, it tells me I’m too far away. Sometimes I receive a notification that there is a ride near me when I open the app there nothing inside... then after a little while a get message that the time is expired. Makes it super hard to work and make money. You waste a lot of time waiting for the trip and once they send you a trip you can’t accept it because the application lags and it doesn’t show you the trip. I’m using the lates iPhone. Have no issues with internet at all, phone has no problems as I brought it to apple tech support. Never had any issues with any other app but this. Fix it pls I’m sure you can handle 1 app...

I am lost of words of how bad and horrible this team works. I have been having issues setting up my account and they offer zero assistance, every time you call them to your issue its like they have a sheet on their desks to answer the same way, support team, tech team and all others. Nobody helps and they really dont care. Its been 3 weeks and they still didn’t solve my issue. Above all that they give you an attitude. If there was a zero star option or negative stars id be giving it to them.

I was missing a couple of days of payments. Called Curb and got someone whose accent I could barely understand. He attempted to explain something about a dispatch fee being deducted, but couldn’t elaborate. I got off the phone even more confused than before.
I’m a professional driver and tour guide who deserves much better than this. I think I’ll just use Square to process my credit card sales. I’ve NEVER had an issue with Square.
