Why has BKWIFI stopped working?? No updates available.

Used once and was great. Will not connect to app anymore so it’s a useless product now. Seems like others are having the same problem.

I used to love BKWIFI being able to see into my ears whenever was nice.. but now it wont connect to my camera and i dont know what to do, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, forgetting the wifi and reconnecting but nothing. Guess ill have to buy a new one. if you see this and you’re getting or alreasy have a product with BKWIFI please get a better quality one cuz this isnt going to last you, not even a year before you cant use it!

It looks like it’s an app that is acting as if it does something but is literally nothing. A picture with a black screen that you can press buttons on but the buttons don’t do anything at all. I have never seen anything quite like this. What benefit does this have? Did my phone just get hacked for downloading it? Does the creator get money for each download? Like what even is this?

When I write a review I expect for you all to post it . I wrote a review and you did not post it . I believe you didn’t want others to see it. Don’t buy this product. They don’t care that he’s just wanting money. The product say it works on this iPad but it don’t. Don’t put out something that works on one thing and not the others when it says . This don’t deserve not one star.!

Can’t get it to work with my iPhone and instructions are not the least bit helpful beyond getting app and lighting up scope. There is no picture!

Hardware is very nice but does not operate properly with app which no longer supports camera.

BKWIFI only connected once and never again. My phone can't even find it under Bluetooth anymore. Waste of money for the ear part.

Ipad seems unable to move or send any images. they are in BKWIFI but trapped there. if someone knows how please explain.

I have this great looking otoscope, but BKWIFI is so bad that it’s useless. I wish I had found out before I spent good money on this otoscope. I still have to buy a good functioning otoscope to check kids’ ears. But this was a waste.

Very blurry, no mirror image so when using to look in nose on self, having to guess which way to point scope, very disappointing

It does awesome at getting the blackheads out but I can’t see it on the phone camera. I wish the directions were more detailed.

I’ve followed the steps that came with the device, and it used to work. Not anymore. I’ve tried it on my iPad and iPhone.

I was tempted to give BKWIFI only 2 stars but it is simple to use and doesn’t want too much access to my phone so I give it credit for that. My major disappointment is the video recording feature. The otoscope we have is supposed to be 1080p but the recordings through bk WiFi are only 640x480 which is terrible. If they could fix that I would say at least 4 stars.

Would be a amazing tool to use to clean your face with the Beauty Blackhead Instrument if it was more detailed on how to use BKWIFI . I can’t seem to get it to work with my phone unfortunately.

I thought it stopped working along with many others but it turns out have to connect to otoscope WiFi for it to connect . Works

Have to connect through WiFi not Bluetooth

It connects to my otoscope with no problems whatsoever. I'm using BKWIFI on an iPhone 12 mini with IOS version 15.6

The otoscope seems to have arrived mostly charged but I plugged it in for a few minutes before use. I downloaded BKWIFI, powered up the unit, connected to it in Wi-Fi, opened the program and I was immediately up and running on my iPad. Working with the short depth of field take some getting used to but I’m very happy with this product.
