You are able to log in the very first few times you download AHC . After that you will no longer be able to login. You will not be able to hit forget password and change the password or recover any other information to get into your account. Don’t waste your time.
Like everyone else says, you can’t complete registration or do anything on AHC . A year of bad reviews and they haven’t done anything to improve AHC
Keeps telling me there’s an update date. When I go to app to update there is nothing. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still same issue.
Says member not found even though I’m definitely a member, they need to work on AHC, I can’t pay my bill now
You can log in then when you try and do anything it says “error occurred” and kicks you right out

Cannot log into access my insurance cards. The point of an app is for easy access to information and AHC does not provide that. Waste of an app . Please fix
I thought I lost my healthcare coverage because AHC says my plan cannot be found. I logged in through the website and it’s still active. AHC doesn’t work.
It logs me in for a second and then logs me. Then it says error everyone I try to log in. I would switch insurance if this wasn’t like the only one my dentist takes.
I haven’t been able to login since I’ve downloaded AHC . However, signing in online I have no problems. AHC needs improvement.
After the first time it just says “user not found” - logging into the website using the same user name and password works fine, but AHC won’t do it
AHC needs more information. A way to communicate with doctors, is there any way to use telemedicine on AHC? I switched from upmc for you and their app by far is the best. I cannot find anything on this insurance.

Error message says to upgrade to the newest version of AHC but when I deleted AHC and downloaded the newest version from AHC Store it gave the same error message.
AHC is not good. I am a member and I’ve tried everything to log in. I went to “forgot password” and it sent me an email saying there was no account for me with this email. Then I go to “create an account” and it says there is already an account associated with this email! Terrible
My son who is 8 has this insurance for medical assistance. I cannot create an account for him to add his PCP or access other features. When I try registering under my birthday it says it is the wrong birthday. I wasn’t even aware his insurance was even changing. App is useless like others say.
Trying to make a account for my children who are minors but I can’t make one because they have to be 14+ to have an account. How are parents supposed to make an account for their children? Isnt it the whole point of having AHC that you can follow your child’s health plan
Tried to make an account for my kids my son is 16 and my daughter 14. I just keep getting the message that says must be 14 to register.
Can’t see my claims or anything like I can on the website which is why I downloaded AHC . The only cool thing is in meds, it shows side effects and interactions
I don’t have a problem with AHC . Customer service is always available to me each time I call.
