Didn’t know we are still using Web Apps . We could easy well use the website in Safari or Chrome .
This so call app is slow and buggy and doesn’t function like a dedicated app for iPhone or iPad should .
Please pay some money for a good app builder . I’ve been living at one of your apartments for 12 years and i’m pretty sure you guys can afford to make a good app, as the rent isn’t cheap .

Every time I pay rent I have to enter my routing, account numbers, and billing address. There’s no option to save that info for one time payments. That’s a waste of time on my end. Before my development was purchased by IMT, we had a very user friendly app. Now we’re stuck with this garbage. No Touch ID either. Time to do some basic updates.

Login with touch id would have made it more awesome. But still its a cool app.

IMTResidential is excellent, the employees too, Sarah, Victor, Patrick, Justin, PJ, Rhonda, Gina and everyone else , you can always count on the maintenance department to get the job done right

I wouldn’t trust using IMTResidential. I used it this month and my payment didn’t go through and I ended up paying late fee. I just deleted it and never gonna use it again

IMTResidential usually doesn’t load, won’t save login info, it’s extremely slow/ non responsive and full of glitches galore.
