I have lived at IMT Sorento Valley (San Diego) for more than 10 years. About 5 years ago some of the apartments were refurbished and I moved to a new apartment. The blinds over the patio door kept breaking off. I spoke to the manager, Adam Hargrove and he said I would have to pay for them. We argued about it and finally he sent a maintenance person to check them. The Maintenace man said they were sticking and had not been installed properly. Shortly after that, strange things began happening with my rent. The first time, I paid on the portal on the first of the month. On the 15th my checking account was closed due to fraud. My rent had been paid on the first but not posted by the 15th and so it did not clear and was considered late. That is improper to not post an online payment for more than 15 days. The next month I paid two months rent to avoid any more issues. Adam said the second rent was late because my rent and gone up in between the two months (which was not true). 3 months ago, I was served an eviction notice because of my dementia. I had the cashiers check but forgot to drop it off at the office. I asked to be allowed to pay on the portal so I would not make the same mistake again. Another man, Ivan said that it was a reasonable accommodation to allow me to pay on the portal. That never happened and apparently Ivan is no longer here. AND the office confirmed that my account has a $6000 POSITIVE balance through all of this. I am planning to contact the Rental Authority, the Banking Commision and the American with Disabilities Act Authority. I would rather not do this because everything is harder and more complicated with my early dementia. I would rather you handle this internally. My email is above. My phone is 619 993-0987. I look forward to hearing from you within 2 weeks.

Didn’t know we are still using Web Apps . We could easy well use the website in Safari or Chrome .
This so call app is slow and buggy and doesn’t function like a dedicated app for iPhone or iPad should .
Please pay some money for a good app builder . I’ve been living at one of your apartments for 12 years and i’m pretty sure you guys can afford to make a good app, as the rent isn’t cheap .

I wouldn’t trust using this app. I used it this month and my payment didn’t go through and I ended up paying late fee. I just deleted it and never gonna use it again

The app usually doesn’t load, won’t save login info, it’s extremely slow/ non responsive and full of glitches galore.
