Slow does not begin to describe it. If I pause for even a few seconds, I have to login again which seems to take an eternity. My company doesn't utilize the "auto" function, and I apparently have to be informed of this for every entry. Every time I log in (which is frequently) I'm asked to turn on the non-functioning "auto", which it then apparently tries to do anyway.
The graphics are immature, annoying, and do nothing to assist the work flow.
Perhaps spend less time developing cutesy graphics and more time making a functional product.
Never thought I'd say this, but I miss the old app. As bad as it was, it was better than this.

SpendCatcher just doesn’t do anything when you hit login 90% of the time. When you do finally get logged in the UI/UX is far clunkier than Concur (which is saying a lot because Concur’s UI/UX isn’t great).

Feature request: share sheet extension. This should be an obvious 1.0 feature. Why can’t I upload PDF receipt from other apps or email via the share sheet? I have to save the PDF to Files and then open this app and import it manually? Lazy development.

SpendCatcher is great but is missing one feature that would make it extremely efficient. I typically upload my receipt, expense amount, and facility but the expense never gets tied to the credit card transaction. A feature needs to be added to merge two transactions. The receipt photo from the pending upload would then be merged with the actual expense from the credit card.

This is way worse than the other app. It doesn't remember my email and takes me elsewhere to log in. Just make it simple and able to use fingerprint/Face ID to log in PLEASE!

Update: still is horrible. Can’t login and constantly asks for my password instead of having thumbprint verification like most apps. I’m talking to my director about this garbage service.

9 months later: still has the same exact issue! They fixed it once and the same issue returned!

Feb/12/21- same issue and had to reinstall app due to it not opening the sign in window. This issue has been going on for years. Not months, YEARS!

Apr/26/21- issue remains.

SpendCatcher is slow to save information and move through sections cannot easily copy an paste in the notes section between expenses

Also no face login nor does it save creds SpendCatcher is worse than its previous version at least with the old version it was snappy and held creds

Like SpendCatcher in general but it crashes frequently which is frustrating.

SpendCatcher is terrible compared to the prior version. I have to constantly log back in, and not just when launching SpendCatcher . I have started to enter an expense only to have SpendCatcher revert to the login screen in the middle. This has happened almost every time I use SpendCatcher . What a complete nuisance!

App frequently won’t let you log in, have to uninstall and reinstall to fix. Freezes and requires a restart of SpendCatcher . Pure garbage if I could choose a different app I would but I’m forced into this one because of my company

Please add ability to sign in with touchID and FaceID. Having to type complicated, secure password every time SpendCatcher launches is quite a nuisance.

It would be nice to store receipts in this app before the expense come in.

This must be one of the worst expense tool out there.

Periodically, SpendCatcher will stop working. If this wasn’t for work I’d look for a different app.
Unfortunately, I’m stuck with this so for the fix you have to delete and reinstall SpendCatcher .
I really hope the producers of SpendCatcher fixes this bug. I have already put a petition at our main headquarters to look for a better app.
