Trying to buy from the marketplace because i still cant just buy xrp. Usually its ok but now i just get error and error and it freezes my whole app. I have to shut it down

How to fix XRP Wallet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the XRP Wallet app on iPhone
Update XRP Wallet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall XRP Wallet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix XRP Wallet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve XRP Wallet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

XRP Wallet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix XRP Wallet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the XRP Wallet App
1. On android, goto Settings » XRP Wallet » click [Force Stop]

Update XRP Wallet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear XRP Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » XRP Wallet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart XRP Wallet.

Fix XRP Wallet unable to contact server/ XRP Wallet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click XRP Wallet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto XRP Wallet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch XRP Wallet
