How to fix Droop app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Droop app on iPhone
Update Droop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Droop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Droop on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Droop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Droop app issues:

Force Stop the Droop App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Droop app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Droop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Droop App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Droop app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Droop.

Fix Droop unable to contact server/ Droop internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Droop » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Droop » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Droop on android.
