I have always loved Aspyn and I have supported and spent a lot of money on Luca and Grae since their launch as SHOPAOF. It’s sad that I feel the need to write this review but lately this company has been so unresponsive to any questions I ask. I wish they’d be a bit more personal, like other small business boutiques.

I love Aspyn and i have for years now!! But every time i look at the store the size options are really disappointing. I am a large but love to wear XL things and in a society so inclusive it really angers me to see brands still not acknowledge that there is more than 3 simple sizes!

They only let you return for store credit and they do not reimburse you for shipping. This is ridiculous for a company run by such a successful CEO. Have better customer service Luca and Grae! Paid $70 for a pair of lounge pants and was only given $54 back in store credit...unacceptable.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes bc i wasn’t sure of my size and neither fit me. I went to return but you only get store credit!! And to return them you have to pay for your own shipping costs. I had to pay over $20 to ship it back and i didn’t even get my money back. Won’t buy from again!

When I first started shopping with LG I really liked them. Their pricing was decent for what you got. My last several orders however have all had issues, from holes to asymmetrical short length. And when I reached to leave a review they deleted it, twice. The clothes are rally cheap but priced similar to Free People. LucaGrae never works with my rewards and I always have issues at check out.

I love Aspyn and her store and I love the style of clothes and I want to buy it but I don’t want to pay almost a hundred dollars to do so. I wish the prices could be a little cheaper. I understand your paying for the quality just wish I could but I’m not willing to pay that price.

I love Aspyn and I love her clothing line SO MUCH! Cutest stuff ever! LucaGrae can just be a little laggy, however. I was in LucaGrae , and I would have to click on a collection multiple times until it finally brought me to the page. At one point, it stopped working and crashed, bringing me to all my apps. Maybe just some bug fixes and performance updates? Still love the clothing line!!

Buyer Beware: I never write negative reviews but feel compelled to warn others. I bought a pair of slippers for my daughter from Luca and Grae for Christmas. She worn them 4 times around the house and they both started to tear in the same spot where the tag is attached. Luca and Grae will not honor a refund because they can’t guarantee how she worn them. Are you kidding me? She worn them like a normal person wears slippers around the house!!! This is clearly a manufacturing flaw. I will never buy from is company again.
I live in Canada and the shipping is $57!!!!! It’s insane. I’ve never had to pay $57 for shipping ever. Definitely never gonna order with that shipping price.
Like the shop but not only are the prices too high (cca 30 dollars for a bralette) the shipping costs are some of the most exorbitant I’ve ever seen. Last time I wanted to order two items, total being approx. 70 dollars and the shipping fees amounted to 50 something dollars. Needless to say I gave up on the idea and went to a different shop. Too bad, I prefer shopping from family owned businesses but I’m far from rich to be able to afford such huge shipping costs every time.
