He is very hard of hearing and sometimes he misses what number he is supposed to press for his particular problem when he has to choose from 8 or 9 different options.

My favorite app

If I was only allowed to keep one app it probably would be this one. It works great and takes me directly to a human being every time! It's saved me countless hours and enormous frustration. Yesterday I listened to a corporate meeting about our dysfunctional health insurance plan. The biggest complaint was not being able to get through to a human being with questions about the pharmacy plan. Thanks to fast customer I never have that problem and unfortunately I call them often. I've used it with many other calls to companies and always get right through. It almost seems unfair to have this advantage! To the developers -- thank you!!

I love this app very much, but...

It's a fantastic app that looks clean, crisp, and works really well, and one of the best apps I've ever used. However, it could be better if the recorded message (from fast customer) that plays before connecting you, was either shorter, or completely removed, because what I find happening is the representative will have said "hello?" 3 times, and in other cases, will just hang up. Also, sometimes the message doesn't play immediately, and I'll be cut off from speaking to a representative mid sentence.

Essential

Fast Customer is a lifesaver. Quickly find customer service phone numbers, or have them call you instead of being held hostage to call queue waiting. If you travel, Fast Customer can help you out of nightmares such as delayed or canceled flights, having to change reservations, getting a hotel, roadside assistance, well, you get the idea.

It works!!!

So I was skeptical about it... And decided to call FPL since I had just had a frustrating battle of number pressing with the operator just hours before. In less than like 3 minutes I was on the phone with a person! They called me!!! Bro this is awesome!!! Saved me time, no headache, and spoke to a real person with just one press of a button on FastCustomer . Might get the pro version soon..

Internets making life less annoying

Not sure why all the one-star reviews complaining about a broken app but it's working great for me on my iPhone 6 w/ iOS 8.1.1. Anyway, FastCustomer feels like how the Internet & mobile apps should work—make my life easier with a really simple idea. No more arguing with voice recognition software programmed to keep you away from a human being. Huzzah!

Great if it worked

Downloaded FastCustomer to connect me to AT&T. It went through the steps and a customer service rep called me. So far, so good. Then about 20 seconds into the call, FastCustomer 's recorded message started playing for both to hear. The confused rep laughed it off, but then AT&T started calling me several times. I just ignored the incoming calls, but then my active call suddenly ended. Luckily, the rep had my info and was able to call me back. Frustrating experience to say the least. Would be a really fantastic app if it worked!

OMG - It freaking works!!

Well, it’s open enrollment and of course you can’t use your 2015 account number to contact your *new* provider to ask questions until, well, 2015, which means you get hung up on by the automated system. I used FastCustomer to contact a couple of my new providers to ask questions and it actually worked.

App issue & no tech response

When I request a test call FastCustomer freezes and then closes. I have chosen my favorite companies and the department in which to contact but I'm not given an option to make the call that freezes and I have to close it out and reopen it. I've deleted FastCustomer then reinstalled it twice now and it has not helped. Should I just delete it altogether or is there something that can be done

Never heard back from App tech support or anyone for that matter. THE ONLY RESPONSE I Got WAS AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL RESPONSE:

Failed app and request for support

I wanted a company which was not on their list. If you pay $4.99 they will add any company you want on their list. I don’t mind paying for good programs so I went for it. When I sent it in, I had a message send failure and it would not go through. Then when I went to contact the company I had another message send failure. So as far as I’m concerned this company is not worth taking up any space in my phone. I will be canceling they iTunes with a refund request. Great idea, failed on delivery.

Keeps getting better

When I first got FastCustomer , it was basically a directory of how to dial in for each company's customer service line. Now, it's light years beyond. Choose a company and department, let this app do its work and the company will call you. Can't ask for a better experience!

Believe it!!!

Before I installed FastCustomer I read the reviews, and they all raved about how wonderful it was. Even the very first time I used it, it actually worked! I was on the phone with a live person in less than a minute!
This is truly as good as the reviews claim it is!

Not the most fun, but most USEFUL!

While maybe not the sexiest app, this app is hands-down the most useful, time-saving app out there. While it can't fix bad customer service, it does eliminate the time wasted WAITING to get that customer service - good or bad. HUGE time and frustration saver!!!!

IVR = Infuriating Voice Response

We all hate IVR systems. I work in a call center environment. I deal with them everyday (Sometimes successfully, other times I feel as though I'll never reach a human.) I wish I could use FastCustomer at work, but PCI compliance would balk at the idea. Too bad.

Super convenient!

I love FastCustomer. I don't use it very often, but whenever I do, I'm super grateful for it. It saves me time and headache over waiting on hold. It does exactly what it's supposed to and is easy to use. I have no complaints.

AMAZING APP, just one thing

def does what it’s suppose to do!! it’s amazing! totally worth downloading will save you so much time. took off one star because it’s not letting me upgrade to pro. it’s been restoring purchases forever. I feel this may be a glitch. please correct this.

Love it!!!

I think FastCustomer is awesome and very clever. Mother of 3 I love anything that's saves me time. Highly recommend FastCustomer. Only reason it received 4 stars oppose to5 stars was due to the fact my bank was not on list which I found a lil unconventional since I call them frequently.

Amazing!

I've used FastCustomer twice and I can't stop talking about it. FastCustomer saved me the frustration of sitting on hold for 45 minutes with Comcast last night. Possibly the best app ever created.

Outstanding app! A real time saver!

Support and portal broken

I signed up for premium to add a new company. I tried to add a company, which generates an email that simply bounces. Then I tried to go to their website and log in, and their customer portal is down. Ironic that their entire goal is to make customer service better and their own customer service is literally non-functional.
