This app and the website are not ready for prime time! The app will not allow me to order the holiday dinner. It insists I choose a pick up time even though there is only one pick up time. When I try to choose 12/24, the only pick up time, it rolls the date back a week and won’t let me change it and also states that date is too early! I.e.: stuck!
The website wasn’t much better. It seems you have to choose a browser that works with it. Has difficulty getting beyond the credit card entry. Do I really want to enter my credit card in an app or site that has so many bugs....?! Info will probably get stolen. You lost my business. Poor coding skills here!

I’m grateful for the occasional rewards but the app is poorly designed and perhaps engineered to upsell at each step.
“Choose a side” options defaults to having to choose a side order and the first tier of choices has some that look free but in reality they’re hiding two tiers of prices.
I couldn’t place an order without giving my credit card info, so my brother who wanted to treat me to lunch by picking it up after I ordered it can’t happen. I don’t mind if this was a protective measure to prevent cancellations but it should have had a popup confirmation warning that explained their policy.
They don’t have “wrap” as an option on menu items that could easily be made a wrap in-store.
Using reward points to get “free cookies” requires canceling back and ordering cookies and then applying the points again, when they simply could have added cookies to the order there.
Many illogical steps and interface choices and inconsistent swipe directions but perhaps this will be fixed in time.

I agree with the other one-star reviews in that the new updated app is quite horrible, as well as the revamped rewards system. I had about 10, 9-dollar off coupons that were promptly stripped away from my account and now we are forced (or punished) to use this horrid new rewards system that offers little to no fluidity in using your points. You are FORCED to use your points on food items that you may, or may not, regularly purchase and takes away from the autonomy that the old rewards app provided. Please do better and listen to the gripes that many of us have!
