Very difficult to use, plenty of bugs. Not ready for customers use.

It takes longer than the announced 48 hours! Why taking all these days to deliver a water.? Impossible to get water in the same day of order. Cannot change payments method.

After your order, they took action after one week, To go to market is much better

I never received a single order within the claimed “48 hours from order placement”, not to mention the mediocre customer service.

After collecting item it will not show in the the basket

ما عليش تطبيق فاشل جداً اعلانات عند المشاهير وبالسناب حملته وحذفته ثلاث مرات كل مرة اقول يمكن تحسن لكن ما عندهم الا نوع واحد ماء هنا فقط واسوأ ماء بعد هي

The payer called me at 6 pm to share my location and he will come in one hour, i called him back because he did not come then he need one more hours I said okay , he did not show up again then he said he will come in half hour and again he did not show up, then he stopped answering my calls.

No way to get you refund back from them and they won’t tell you if products weren’t available in stock!!! Very very BAD!!
