This was an amazing app that I loved to use a lot. It had all the music I wanted, and I could listen to them for free. However, recently my cached songs started to not be able to play. It would load maybe the first 20 seconds of the song, then the video and the music would stop. This has become problematic, because I can’t listen to a lot of the songs in my playlists. Also, at random times, I would have to recache my entire collection of songs because of some glitch. Because of these problems, I had to give PlayerGR a one star.

If the developers fixed the problem with the songs, I would give 5 stars. Until then, it’s a one.

Most of the links for certain videos containing music I like to listen to have broken links. Every single time, I tried closing and reopening PlayerGR , and the problem is extremely persistent and simply wont let me play the music I want to hear. I find this to be very frustrating because PlayerGR is like none other on PlayerGR Store. PlayerGR gives you the ability to play music outside of PlayerGR for free. The broken links are just overwhelming and I simply can’t be bothered to use PlayerGR anymore for certain purposes. There has to be certain problems you need to fix. Otherwise, I’ll just have to stick with this review regarding the onslaught of broken links.

I donor know if it’s just bugs with the new iOS or if PlayerGR needs an update, but can you fix the problem. Every time I exit PlayerGR it stops playing. Last iOS when I left PlayerGR all it did was pause for a millisecond and resume playing, but whenever I turned my phone off when I was on PlayerGR it would pause till I had to manually turn it back on and push play. That got a little tiring but at least the music would keep playing till I was done. Now that I got a new iOS update I can’t leave it playing for a whole song anymore, cause after the 3rd or 4th song the control pad for the song indicating to push next or previous song disappears and I would have to go back on to PlayerGR and wait for the constant adds to end and then do it again, and I have yet to stop experiencing this same technical problem. Please just fix this I promise you definitely deserve a 5 star maybe even 10 if it were possible but this is what’s killing my rating for you please.

Player GR was like the iTube I had a long time ago and I loved it! Especially after getting a new phone and trying to find a good music app. PlayerGR itself is good, a few minor things I’d fix though. I’ve been kicked out of PlayerGR a couple of times and would have to restart it and that’s not a big problem I can handle that, however, recently in the last week all my music has de-cached and after I would cache it all again it would remove all of it again. If you could maybe fix this so I don’t get all my music de-cached that’s fix PlayerGR a whole lot more and if you fixed the small problems where people (or I if I’m the only one who’s gone through this) are kicked from PlayerGR and have to restart it, it’d make PlayerGR all so much better. Other then that I enjoy PlayerGR I just highly hope that the se-caching is fixed soon.

I absolutely love PlayerGR I had 760 songs cached and separated into playlists and I’m always using it. There were little bugs but that’s to be expected. One day I tried searching for a new song and it kept saying No Results. I live on campus and I have great internet so I knew that wasn’t the problem. It’s been a week and I still couldn’t search for any new videos or songs. I finally decided to delete PlayerGR and redownload it so I would have to download all 760 songs again but I thought it would be fine so long as I could search for new songs. After downloading 30 songs the same problem occurred again. I’m hoping it’s just a bug that’ll be fixed in no time but if it’s not I’m going to have to look into other apps.

So I’ve had to resort to using PlayerGR considering the original iTube hasn’t been on the AppStore since 2014 and while PlayerGR is absolutely amazing in every way possible, it’d be great if it were possible to play my music without interruptions. See what I’m getting at here is ever since iOS 12 update it no longer continues to play when I close my phone and to continue listening I have to turn my phone back on to show the lock screen to then have to press play and turn it back off, I found that if I played the music while the phone was open and went to the home screen it’d continue to play but if anything these problems are extremely inconvenient.
Now that the iOS 13.1 update has come out I can no longer go to the home screen and have my music continue to play, I have to now physically press the play button in order to listen to it, so now I have no choice but to press the play button, as lazy as this may sound I’d give a full 5 stars if this problem didn’t exist.

My friend actually recommended PlayerGR to me and since, I have been recommending PlayerGR to everyone because I think it’s a really good app for playing music for free. But there’s this problem I can’t seem to figure out the solution to ending it. So when I download and cached my songs, and it plays for weeks (even many months) without wifi, like all of a sudden, I have to re-cache ALL my downloaded songs and it’s just a pain. Sometimes it goes weeks without me having to re-cache each songs, sometimes months. I told my friend about it, but she said it doesn’t happen to her. Idk if it’s just me, or it’s in the system or whatever. I need it to stop because it’s not fun Having to re-cache each song over and over.

There is currently a new problem with the Player GR app. PlayerGR has a new bug where songs get uncached every day or get uncached every few hours. This problem is critical in the stability of PlayerGR . PlayerGR is great, but this new problem hinders its great potential. People install PlayerGR so they could hear their favorite songs for free offline. This ability is revolutionary in the free music app market and if Player GR doesn’t fix this bug, people will soon leave and take their songs elsewhere. If this problem is fixed, more people will join and the creator of PlayerGR will gain more revenue from ads presented on PlayerGR . Please fix this problem for the stability of PlayerGR and soon all will go well.

Everything was amazing but then every song had to be re cached and some just stopped playing altogether and idk how long it’s Gunna take to fix this issue but I don’t feel like replacing half of my playlist all of the time. at first I wasn’t worried I just thought I’d re download everything no big deal then one just didn’t play and crashed why you tried to force it to play and I thought I’d just replace that one then it happened a few songs down and just kept going and now I have to replace like 15-20 songs to a different video of the same song just to listen to it.... otherwise would’ve been 5 stars it normally works great.

It is a great app. I have used iTube since 2013 and the new version PlayTube on 2015 and another new version Player IL. However, player il is not working yesterday. The screen of search part doesn’t pops up anymore. Now I have found the new version of player il Player GR. I have downloaded for a day and it already has a problem. I have downloaded over 300 songs and they were all cached but suddenly PlayerGR won’t let me in. It’s already not good. I have downloaded PlayerGR 3rd time in a day and redownloading all of the songs again and again. Please fix PlayerGR so this problem does not happen again. I want to listen music with PlayerGR for a long time!!

I love the heck out of PlayerGR. I use it everyday, and it‘s helped me gather a lot of my favorite music. This problem started yesterday that I was trying to search for another song to download, but when I type a song name into the search bar, it always loads no results. Now I understand that the no results bar will show up for a bit, and then load results, but this no results screen just stays there. There’s no way I can search videos anymore, and I was wondering if an update on this problem would be necessary. Thank you!

For me it works always and as i see the issues the others are mentioning, they can be fixed by you there is nothing wrong with that an i might share some tips with u. Firstly it doesnt open right away, u have to watch an ad so that u can enjoy the rest of the time.
If sometimes u cant open PlayerGR is because ur wifi is low and it can not open the ad, so for that u have to turn the wifi off and then continoue.
The only problem i am dealing with(which i know i can fix that too, some of my friends told me kinda how to do it but i didnt listened to them well) is cached songs not being able to play them without wifi, sometimes bcuz sometimes i can but i need to figure it out. So yeah thanks and enjoy it.

I got it and, yeah it takes a long time to set up, but that’s mostly because I didn’t really know how... BUT once you get it and you can listen to music whenever and wherever you want, it’ll be worth the long while to get it going. First when you select a song, the loading bar at the top has to be completely orange before you can add it and play those songs offline/ with no service. The selection is amazing, the sound is amazing, it’s sooo easy to work, it’s just AMAZING!! Trust me, it’s easy, it’s free, it’s fantastic, there’s no ads, except the occasional really short one once you open it up, but besides that, there’s none!! GET PlayerGR IF YOU WANT FREE MUSIC WITH NO ADS FOR OFFLINE/ NO SERVICE USE!!! I’m so happy with this and so is my sister!!

I’ve used PlayerGR (or previous versions of it) for a while now, and I love it. I hate having to pay monthly bills to just listen to music, and I think it’s outrageous. With PlayerGR though, I can listen to it offline anytime and anywhere, with playback features and everything. Though, I do have one con, and that’s the ads. Although I don’t find it a BIG issue, I still don’t like to wait for 30 or so seconds just to listen to my music or to download it, and it’s starting to get pretty annoying. But other than that, it’s an absolutely golden app and i’m so glad it’s in the AppStore.

Just to help you guys out if you go to the home and it pauses or you shut off your phone and it pauses you can simply swipe up and push the unpause button like once or twice MAYBE 3 times and it will play for you until you got to PlayerGR and back to home again. It just thinks your done listening once you leave PlayerGR but you can still play it while your phone is on home or turned off.

I love PlayerGR but I don’t know how it’s music videos. I loved how I could watch the videos at first but I realized it drains the battery a lot. All in all I love PlayerGR .
