Think the App has been Abandoned

I downloaded seeing only the overall 4+ star rating. Then it wouldn't load any stations. It kept saying loading and nothing happened. I downloaded a different app and ran into a little snag having to actually GO INTO my settings to turn on locations (many apps have a little pop-up so you can change your setting within the new app). I thought perhaps this was my problem with THIS app. I can find NO settings icon anywhere in the app itself. I tried to allow it in my privacy settings but it is not appearing in the list as an app requesting permission. Therefore, no stations load.
The last update to the app was a year ago. We all know iOS has had some pretty big changes since then. I believe this app is no longer being supported by its developer. : (
Endless loop loading

Installed on iPad and when I clicked on the icon it just continued to show little bubbles going in a circular loading. This went on often plus minutes. Running 5g network which load quick. But this didn’t seem to load. Would have given it a far shake if it would have loaded.
Nonstop buffering

I decided to try this police scanner. Since downloading it weeks or months ago, it won’t open but keeps buffering. After numerous attempts to get it to open, I decided to delete it completely.
