I was very hopeful when I first signed up with Answer Connect thinking as thorough as the onboarding process was that this was going to be a great addition to our company. But I did not get anything close to what we paid for. If you can imagine the Simpson quickly mart guy and his family answering your phone, each call taking 3-9 minutes because the language barrier was so difficult to get passed, and screwing up all the callers information every single time. That was the service I received from Answer Connect. I repeatedly called customer service asking again and again and again to speak with a manager desperately trying to resolve the nightmares their agents keep creating for me, since having a dedicated account manager wasn’t an option for me I had to settle for whoever wanted to talk to me that day.
I lost allot of business because of irritated customers that could not get passed our answering service. This company took my money and hurt my business.
