Buyer Beware…

I was very hopeful when I first signed up with Answer Connect thinking as thorough as the onboarding process was that this was going to be a great addition to our company. But I did not get anything close to what we paid for. If you can imagine the Simpson quickly mart guy and his family answering your phone, each call taking 3-9 minutes because the language barrier was so difficult to get passed, and screwing up all the callers information every single time. That was the service I received from Answer Connect. I repeatedly called customer service asking again and again and again to speak with a manager desperately trying to resolve the nightmares their agents keep creating for me, since having a dedicated account manager wasn’t an option for me I had to settle for whoever wanted to talk to me that day.

I lost allot of business because of irritated customers that could not get passed our answering service. This company took my money and hurt my business.

Unorganized company

The 5 star reviews are mostly false. Check the BBB. The short time I used this service I received the first and only 1-2 star reviews in over a decade. The price went from 300 to over 900 on several different occasions per billing cycle. I noticed the call log had many unfamiliar numbers and area codes. Once I fired them I received so many telemarketing calls I had to put number on “do not call” registry. I feel they had shared my number in order to generate the calls that led to the triple charges. I reported them and I have not received a response to civil lawsuit.

Not a fan

Receiving pages despite not being on call and being listed on do not disturb. Can’t control how many times the notification goes off.

Poor service.

We hired you because you are supposed to know and understand the HomeVestors business. If we only needed to get a message to call people back, we would not have provided a script.

Only notifications without ringtones or repeat options

No repeat notifications option until answered

Working great until update.

My phone updated this week to IOS 14 and AnswerConnect is no longer working. It won’t even open. Need a serious update and need it quickly.

Missing notifications

I regularly do not get notifications so when I open up AnswerConnect after getting a text there will be 3 calls instead of just the 1 for the recent text

Great app and company need at least one thing

I am enjoying this company and the fact that they have location around the globe that help keep things moving should there be a power outage in an area where a call center is at. The one thing I would love to be able to do (if able I have not figured it out yet) is adjust my on call rotation from AnswerConnect . Still so far a good switch.

Phenomenal Answering Service

I have been using this service for almost a year now and have no complaints. Customer service is very helpful and the operators who answer my calls have been great at following telephone scripts and getting the pertinent information to me. I highly recommend this service.

Above and beyond!

Had this app for a few years now and continues to exceed expectations. The use of the great answering and messaging along with Setmore scheduling has allowed me as a small business to thrive and compete with the larger competition by being viewed as a more professional service provider with 24/7 access.
