I truly believe this is the best software on the market for salons and barbershops. But unfortunately the booking page was a deal breaker for me . I truly believe if you could create a more customer friendly booking page similar to square,booksy,squire,set more, Vagaro. It would be a game changer. I spoke with a few former customers of yours and their feedback was very similar to mine which was why they left. We are all highly Disappointed because this software was almost everything a barbershop owner Dreamed of. Please make a more customer friendly booking page . I would love to work with you along with a few other shop owners I have close relationships with to promote this software if you were to create a friendly booking page.

I cannot upload pictures. Been dealing with this for 10 days. No one here knows what’s going on. Talk to a different person every time. They told lies from the beginning. Told me my notes would transfer then after I paid come to find out they didn’t. Now this picture issue. They said it was hardware. Hours at the apple store> nope it was the app. Then I get on the phone and wait at least 15 minutes every time to talk to someone. Then they just literally tell you anything!

It worked for maybe 2 weeks before I couldn’t use the app anymore. Every time I click the app it opens and then closes. I’ve tried uninstalling and that hasn’t worked. I don’t know if this is a common thing or not but I’m disappointed.
