I order from Ronpon at 2:19pm and it’s now 5:41 pm and my stuff is still not here. I call at 3:20 they said my food would be here in 20 mins. I called an hour later they said that there was an accident on the road. I called an hour after that they said they’ll return my call. They called me back and said that the driver would be 20 mins and nothing I called back and said you know what just canceled my order they said that they couldn’t cause it had already Left the store. I told him how frustrated I felt and that I left them a review on their ig page where it says that it would take them minutes to deliver and just to give me my money back and they said that they couldn’t!! I’m so mad!! I don’t even want what I order anymore! 😡😡😡 it’s 5:46 and nothing!

Siempre fuimos clientes de this app, pero lo que nos hicieron hoy no tiene nombre. Hicimos la orden a la 1:30p.m. La aplicación te avisaba que las órdenes tardarían de 2 a 3 horas, pero como no era nada de emergencia, accedimos. A eso de las 6:00p.m. comencé a enviar mensajes de texto y a llamarlos y no contestaron. A las 6:30, finalmente contestó una dama que me dijo que mi orden no llegaría por la distancia y la cantidad de órdenes que tenían en estos tiempos difíciles. Le cuestioné por qué me hicieron el cobro y me colgó el teléfono. Nos enviaron un correo electrónico diciendo que en par de días nos devolverán el dinero. Por mi parte, la decisión está tomada: no los volveré a auspiciar.

Orden llegó rápido pero no entregaron uno de los productos ordenados. Llamé al número de contacto y nunca contestan. También envié email y no contestaron. No he recibido reembolso del dinero pagado por el producto ni lo que pagué de Tax por ese producto.

Pésima aplicación, no tiene servicio de soporte tecnico, indica que me enviaron email para recuperar la contraseña y no envian nada.... pesimo

I just got Ronpon and scheduled a delivery for it to arrive today. I had a date planned at my home and I wanted the wine bottle delivered. They canceled my order for legit no reason. I tried emailing back, no response. I messaged them on Instagram, no response.

Like other customers have said Worst and rude customer service. If they get the order delivered extremely late or wrong they will give you attitude. Hey buddy you guys were the ones messing up orders, why get mad with the customer? Just use other services and forget about this mess of a Company. And for the company learn how to treat customers!

Delivered the wrong beer a day too late. When I called about the wrong beer being delivered they refused to exchange it for the beer I originally ordered, refused to refund me, and also refused to send me any of the correct beer. Worst customer service ever... and that’s if you can reach them. They often never pick up. I really want to love this app because it’s a great idea and I love ToGo’s beer selection, but their customer service really ruins it.

I ordered at 4:30pm. Called around 7:30pm to check on my order since I haven’t received it. The said that they were backed up and apologize . It’s 9:49pm and I have not yet received my order , they also refused to give me a refund. I’m tired and going to bed. I’ll die if I continue waiting for them. They have to give me a refund. This is illegal practice. Please follow my advice so you don’t have to go through this bad experience.

Took my money. No tracking. No alert if or when order is picked up. No customer support contact. I wouldn’t use Ronpon until they improve it.

Ronpon is fantastic. Provides both alcohol and convenience store items (ranging from cigarettes to pizza) to be delivered right at your door. Better than uber eats in my opinion.

I made my first order and I was kind of skeptic so I called and they quickly verify the order status to tell me

A good addition to Ronpon would be to know the order status (ex. Submitted > Processed > On The Way), I had to call to know it but it was fine.

I live deep in the mountains of Trujillo and their driver arrived on time to my area. Being in the mountside he had difficulty finding my house and a support team emailed me and stayed in contact helping me find my driver at a nearby store. This would have all been easier if I could have called or been called but I had no cellular phone until the next day. I met my driver at the nearest landmark and he had everything I ordered. And my first delivery was free, highly recommend Ronpon to all in the areas it serves! Muchas gracias a la equipo que me ayudaba!

Pedí por esta app y nunca me llego el artículo, llame y les comuniqué lo que paso y nunca me resolvieron el problema ni tampoco me cogieron el teléfono.🤷🏽‍♀️

He usado this app más de 10 veces y el servicio siempre ha sido muy bueno. Hoy, rompieron récord. En 15 minutos, ya tenía mis Medallitas frías en la puerta de mi casa. Son los 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽.

Las bebidas llegan frías y a tiempo. Lo he usado muchas veces y siempre han cumplido. Lo recomiendo.
