I order from this app at 2:19pm and it’s now 5:41 pm and my stuff is still not here. I call at 3:20 they said my food would be here in 20 mins. I called an hour later they said that there was an accident on the road. I called an hour after that they said they’ll return my call. They called me back and said that the driver would be 20 mins and nothing I called back and said you know what just canceled my order they said that they couldn’t cause it had already Left the store. I told him how frustrated I felt and that I left them a review on their ig page where it says that it would take them minutes to deliver and just to give me my money back and they said that they couldn’t!! I’m so mad!! I don’t even want what I order anymore! 😡😡😡 it’s 5:46 and nothing!

I ordered at 4:30pm. Called around 7:30pm to check on my order since I haven’t received it. The said that they were backed up and apologize . It’s 9:49pm and I have not yet received my order , they also refused to give me a refund. I’m tired and going to bed. I’ll die if I continue waiting for them. They have to give me a refund. This is illegal practice. Please follow my advice so you don’t have to go through this bad experience.

Delivered the wrong beer a day too late. When I called about the wrong beer being delivered they refused to exchange it for the beer I originally ordered, refused to refund me, and also refused to send me any of the correct beer. Worst customer service ever... and that’s if you can reach them. They often never pick up. I really want to love Ronpon because it’s a great idea and I love ToGo’s beer selection, but their customer service really ruins it.
