It’s so nice to hear GOOD HAPPY NEWS when all you ever hear on the news are the bad things in life. GoodNewsApp is a great way to kick off the day with a smile on your face. It shows different sides of a story and makes everyone happy, at least that’s what I think. I’m only 11, and the hustle and bustle of the day is hard and confusing. But even if my day is going bad, now I can think, “ The flowers are blooming in Australia, people are getting equal pay, the world has amazing things.” Now I opened my eyes to a beautiful world.

Have only had GoodNewsApp for a bit, but have looked at the backlog. It’s mostly science news, with a little sociopolitical here and there.

I was looking for something that actually had varying kinds of good news. This is a rather limited app, but it’s free and if you really like scientific discoveries, it’s a wonderful app for your daily 5 articles of news. GoodNewsApp itself works well so, deserving of 5 stars.

If you’re someone who feels down after reading the news, this definitely helps introduce a little hope into your daily routine. I wish there was an option to scroll instead of swiping through the stories, but no complaints other than that!

The fact that you think making abortions more accessible is good news just ruined my opinion of your app. Good news apps shouldn’t have any political lean. They should focus on overall good news stories that everyone can get behind. If it had been a story about underserved women getting more access to healthcare it would have been great, but when you celebrate a hot button issue like abortion where there are two distinct sides and no one is willing to compromise or agree on some common sense guidelines, you lose credibility as a true non biased, non political “good news” app

We are hooked to bad news. And while it isn’t wise to see the world strictly through rose colored glasses, we should take scary serious news and its proper measure. If you sugar rush out or nothing but bad news, anxiety, and panic you will end up living the sorrowful life and regret it as you get older. So read a bunch of good news today!

It’s so great and reassuring to know that there’s some real good being done not just in my country but all over the world. It reinvigorates my faith in us as a species and makes me feel that life is not only worth living but helping as well. For there are those who will listen and will care

The search function in GoodNewsApp is completely useless. App does not have all the stories found on their website. Wanted to send a screen shot to a friend. Article was only on the website and not app. Search function was useless 😟
Where are the daily quotes that I love? Cannot find them in GoodNewsApp . Do they not exist there or are they just impossible to find?
About to delete GoodNewsApp as it provides little info and therefore only takes up space on my phone.

Good News has been a breath of fresh air when other news sources are constantly running only negative, fear-based stories. GoodNewsApp has been a reminder that a lot of good activity is happening around the world, and it’s super easy to use and share.

I know everyone wants a balance of knowing both side of what's going on in the world but to often do we receive traumatizing news and not often enough do we receive inspiring news like this!

Thank you for publishing not just good, but inspiring and insightful news. As many of us lose hope for the future hearing traditional news, you are helping to restore hope for a better future. Keep up the good work!

We all know this: Main stream news reports too much negative of people dissing others or confrontational politics. I want to read articles which accent the positive and negate the negative. Articles which bind us together and helps our eyes shine bright.

The Good News app provides an essential respite from the problems and challenges so prevalent in other news sources. Thank you for gathering uplifting stories and showcasing the many beautiful aspects of our world!

I like to end my days on a positive note and I just stumbled across GoodNewsApp on the store and I love seeing a few positive articles in a world where we are surrounded by terrible news. Bad news is necessary to bring awareness, but good news is also good to keep your sanity. :)

I picked up the habit of scrolling through Facebook first thing in the morning & then I decided to choose a healthier habit. GoodNewsApp helps me start my day on the right track by reminding there’s good in the world.

This cool app has good news from around the globe. It’s beats any dreary news that you’ll see on the normal news app. 10/10 if you want good news to start your day!

Very nice way to read uplifting and informative articles and escape the daily mantra of all major news networks and web pages, “yIf you bleed, you lead”, including Fox News, etc.

I like to start my day reading the good news. There is just too much bad news and I believe it has desensitized people.

Refreshing to see positivity! I know it does not sell as well as bad news or controversial news but we need this as a society! We need a little hope!
