Don’t waste your time better yet your money I have attempted to use this service over the last two years no less then 20 times in multiple cities (New York, Philadelphia,Wilmington De, the entire state of New Jersey) we either get slow moving drug using (while on site) workers or no people available or the worst yet no shows after they committed to the gig. Once a worker accepts the gig you automatically get charged when the worker doesn’t show up which is 80% of the time you have to wait and request a refund it’s ridiculous. This service has potential but right now with my two years of trial and error I would advise if your looking for workers from another source. Jim from Gigsmart is awesome and very helpful but at the end of the day it’s not the corporate people that create the problem here I t here it’s the product it just doesn’t work

Used GigSmartGetWorkers for roughly a month to find temp workers for multiple companies I own. A lot of speculation, and not a lot of communication from management team. Each one of our businesses are rated 4.8 stars or higher. We expect the same great customer service and definitely did not receive that at all. Probably would not recommend.

Be wary, they do not do background checks on their workers. I had been using the service for some time. We hired a new worker for two days of work, the first to meet him and brief him on the position . The second for the actual work. That worker within their first hour, stole thousands of dollars from us, a check book, cash, phone and more. When we went to gig smart for support the associate told us “ We should have done a background check”.

You’ll do better off hiring from Craigslist.

We have been able to successfully fill most of our shifts with some great people.
Love that GigSmart takes people off platform for no call/no show.

This is the best form of obtaining temp staffing I have found as of yet. By far better than Instawork or some of the others. Love that we can review the staff and see who has a five star review and such.

Used GigSmartGetWorkers for the first time and it was easy to navigate. I also was able to source a great candidate for my project. All n all excellent.

App is very easy to navigate and was able to obtain someone to mow my lawn within a few hours of my post. Will definitely use it again.

GigSmartGetWorkers is extremely easy to use and intuitive. I previously hired people from Craig’s List and it was clunky and unreliable. I had a great experience with my first Gig - and am now addicted. I will be using GigSmart as my “go to” hiring app from here forward!

My company has been looking for a service like this for years! Like Uber for jobs... This makes it so easy to finally address all those projects we put off because we don’t have the staff/resources.

I own and operate a digital marketing company and we often need to find temporary help in specific local areas. Other job boards and services weren’t really cutting it for the type of gig workers we needed to find. GigSmart is the perfect solution to this problem we were facing. Not only is the platform great but the customer service has been exceptional (Mike F for employee of the year!).

I used GigSmartGetWorkers to find someone to plant two shrubs in my front yard, and it couldn’t have been any easier. The worker was awesome and I was able to take care of my request in a matter of days. Highly recommend.

For someone that has been using Taskrabbit and Roadie for about 4 years, I chanced on GigSmartGetWorkers and it blew me away.
Light speed customer service.
Got lots of applications in a very short time, compared to other platforms you have to wait forever.
There is a 25% or $25 minimum charge on your final bill that I know might put some of but if you want value for money, then this is so worth it.

I worked with Lucinda and she represented my brand very well. She was very friendly to the customers, she was open to working in other areas of our business and when it was time for closing she helped breakdown the tent and loaded up the truck with ease, excellent worker.

Was nervous about hiring a gig worker. Loved that there was a background check, an account rep called to help us through the process and we got a fantastic worker who really helped my business today. I hope this wasn’t a fluke- I will definitely use the service again.

I’ve been using GigSmart for a long time and I love it. They have hundreds of great workers ready at any given time (it’s best to schedule 2 days in advance). Perfect to scale up. You can start with one employee and build up to 20+. Very easily. I definitely recommend it to other business owners very often in my day to day.

I have never used an app or similar type of software with such amazing customer service! Thank truly feel like I have an extension to my team and we are all working together. Right after I signed up a REAL person called and texted me to see if she could help with my gig and it was so easy to work with her. She helped me with my gig numerous times and made my gig work without a hitch!

Running a business where you need help sometimes is tough. You don’t have enough for part time or full time work but yet you need good people…enter Gigsmart. Most workers we have hired for jobs end up being hired over and over with few exceptions. The software has some bugs but the support staff is great and it’s always resolved. I’d recommend Gigsmart for event staff to everyone!
