Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TLC Pay app issues:

Force Stop the TLC Pay App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TLC Pay app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TLC Pay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TLC Pay App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TLC Pay app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TLC Pay.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TLC Pay » "Force Stop".
