I am pairing with Panacast 50 then after allowing location settings and enable bluetooth, the app suddenly crash and no longer opening. Tried uninstall/reinstall several times but same thing happens.
I am unable to connect my Jabra evolve2 85 to my sound+ app. But I am able to pair it via Bluetooth on my phone. Can someone help me please? Alessandro
Just bought the jabra elite 7 active. I set them up with the app earlier just tried going back on it now but its saying that i need to connect them even though they are on and working. Any ideas?
My 85t is paired with my phone, but when I try to connect it to the Jabra Sound+ it is just stuck on the Checking for Connection page. Nothing happens even after several minutes.
The app is not working. My phone is an LG V60 with I think Android 12 (perhaps 11). When I ran into problems I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Then when I activate it, the screen comes up that says, "Do you have . . " and I press "Yes, connect now". The screen then goes blank (black) and nothing happens.
Please give a satisfaction why the Jabra sound app + disappeared from the play store since May 25 no news and customer complaints. Had to reinstall since left ear started a static and no sound.
Used this app on iPhone , just switched to an Android phone and was hoping to bring my earphones with me. Won't be able to as the app is apparently no longer available for Android.

There is no Jabra Sound+ app in the Google Play Store, I've looked and only assist apps and when I Google it and try the link it says there's a problem. Is the app down? My husband just bought me a set of the Elite 85t & I would like to use them properly w/ all the options. Considering bringing them back and checking out a different brand if the problem doesn't get solved.
I had the same problem, the App is not available on Google Play store. Very annoying when I need the app for the ear plugs to work. Had to downloaded the APK fil to my mobil to make them work
Google does NOT have your app to download. Worked yesterday 5/23/22 Fix please or i will return the ear plugs
