Update: Mubeat developers fixed the ad washing issue and after completing the update they pushed out, Mubeat is back to playing ads and giving beats just like it’s supposed to be. Thank you for your rapid response and getting the problem solved very quickly. It’s back to being the 5 star app that I love!

Mubeat was absolutely fantastic until today. I watch ads every day to get heart beats for future voting but all morning I’ve been getting either “Ad stopped, beats not acquired” or “an unknown error has occurred” messages after watching some apps. I know it it’s happened a good 15 times now all after completely watching the ad. I have no problem with watching ads for beats but watching ad after ad only to get a “ad stopped, no beats acquired” or “unknown error occurred” after spending my time doing this, that’s a problem that needs to be fixed. I have never had this issue before. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting Mubeat multiple times. Please fix this issue.

I guess I am giving you another chance. I was really close to uninstalling Mubeat at some point, but we are past that storm now.
They made a huge mistake a few days ago suddenly removing all some artists based on pure pettiness. I did give them 1 star for lack of professionalism in general and disrespect towards fans. Like, this is NOT about you and your feelings.
Many others seem to have done the same. Suddenly, the “mistake” was corrected as Mubeat ’s ratings dropped and those artists were back.
As long as the “mistake” and unfairness is corrected, I am more than willing to review my ratings accordingly. Please don’t mess with fans again. We are the consumers and you have to learn to respect us, listen to us, and respect our artists. Do not try to cheat us, we are not gentle and silent sheeps. This platform isn’t SK where you can do as you please and know you can silent or ignore anyone who disagrees. Please remember that in the future.

I got this at the beginning of my Kpop craze and I have liked it so far. I like how they now have the music videos on there as well. When I first downloaded it Mubeat was crazy slow and took forever to even get a video to play. It was also hard to get beats. Both of those have since been resolved. I feel it is pretty cool being able to talk to fans. However, it is annoying that anyone can see the past conversations on your board. Some kind of private messaging would be a great improvement if the developers want to make it more fan interactive.

So far Mubeat has been my favorite when it comes to voting for my favorite group! And the this app Quiz they just added are really fun and has increased our chances of getting more Heart Beats to use to vote for our picks! The UI is easy to understand and it even lets you stay up to track with the songs that are charting real time! You can even listen to the songs that are on the charts and stream the music video too!

Mubeat really is a must-have ! 🤩👍

I am an international Kpop fan, who doesn’t have VPN nor Twitter, so sometimes (most times) it’s hard to support/vote for the Kpop idols that I like. However, with Mubeat, it gives me the chance to earn hearts and contribute to the voting of my favorite idols!

Mubeat is really good for creating a space that keeps you updated with this app and other music show votings and the likes. Get it if you wanna contribute in things like music shows for your idols!

There was a period of time at the end of last year that I was really considering deleting this app but I decided not to and I’m glad I didn’t. Mubeat has improved since then. The only thing I don’t like is when the monthly hearts or whatever it’s called happens, it takes away the hearts from that month. I feel like there is no reason for that to happen.

There of course were some technical issues with Mubeat when it started but it’s coming around to being one of the best kpop apps. There are so many ways to collect beats to use for multiple polls and Mubeat just has a lot to offer. Keep the ads please, too many other apps have become unbearable because of basically forcing you to buy the currency! Thanks!

Hi this app! If I am already following specific artists, I shouldn’t have to search for their ads. Their ad projects should be at the top of my list followed by the other available ad projects. Now I have to search for the group and then the members individually. Fortunately they only have six members but that still means seven searches every day. Not a good consumer experience.

I appreciate that it’s quite easy to log in for international fans. At first it was confusing when the ads were reset, but now they are reset at midnight KST, which is convenient. The ads sometimes are a bit slow on ipads but play fine on my phone. Thank you for allowing international fans to show their support of K-POP!!

I didn’t know what to expect when I downloaded Mubeat, but I have been pleased with the ease of navigating and using all its features. You can play videos, vote on promotions for your favorite stars, and stay connected with global fans. So far, I haven’t had any problems with glitches, so I’m happy about that.

-The quizzes, music, & videos are hard to locate if you are a new user so the menu should be more easy to see and more streamlined.
-Search portion of Mubeat should have a basic category for music/videos/artists because users will likely go through search to explore Mubeat . It wouldn’t hurt to give them suggestions of different categories on Mubeat .

Mubeat itself is nice BUT could be made to be easier to use for new users. this app should also cater to the person favorite band/artist instead of having to look for them. As I read in another review your bias should be in the open page for example. But overall it’s still a nice app.

this app is good for its purpose overall but I’ve been having a problem with the loading. When I open Mubeat it stays on the purple loading screen with their logo. I’ve waited up to 10 minutes waiting for it to open, It’s definitely not a wifi problem or my phone because I’ve even tried rebooting and it hasn’t worked.

There aren’t many apps these days where being an international fan can allow you to participate, and we really feel left out most of the time but this is one of the few ways we can do what we can to make our voices heard! Thank you, this app!

I like Mubeat but the reason why I rate it a 3 is because every time I try to play a video or an MV it won’t play it just stays on the loading screen even when I’m connected to the WIFI or if my Cellar Data is on but I do like the way that it post the newest videos that just came out like Somi’s new MV Dumb Dumb. It doesn’t have all the groups I Like or Stan but that’s fine

So easy to use and support my favorite artists, even for an international fan like me. A lot of apps for kpop music shows are hard for me to work or I am unable to download, but this one is very easy to figure out and I downloaded it quick.

Mubeat is great but it would be nice if you could save the videos to your device . I make kpop edits and when I screen record the quality isn’t as good. So it would be really nice if you added a save to device option

what i love about this voting app is that it’s easy to collect and to vote—to be specific it’s user-friendly! though there are times that it doesn’t let me collect beats when i haven’t even collected yet :( hope you’ll solve this!

I enjoy this app because Mubeat offers many opportunities for me to vote for my favorite idols. Additionally, I think earning those voting points is simple too! It’s difficult to find voting apps that don’t involve missions exclusively, so thank you this app!

I like Mubeat just they won’t let me watch the music videos just the stage performances but I’m fine with that so other than that I like it

this app overall is a great app!! When it’s time to stream and vote for my fave groups, all I would have to do is watch a few ads And I would be able to get my votes. I Iove the fact that they put the exact number of votes in real time and how they allow you to see the scores and votes of different groups. During streaming times though, I would suggest the team work on keeping Mubeat from crashing, since this has happened a few times. However, regardless of this, it is a great app where you can vote for yours faves, watch their videos and comment with your fAnbases!!! 👍🏽😃😀

In short, Mubeat is a joke.

Voting was fine until the last hours, when suddenly, it stopped working. If you’re going to develop a voting app, make sure it can handle mass voting. The end results were, in some categories, extremely unfair as many people couldn’t get the ads to work. They said they’d fix the failed ads, but didn’t address the fact that most people couldn’t even LOG IN to vote. What an absolute disgrace. ATEEZ was leading roty until Mubeat decided to just stop working for most of us, even though we could clearly see TXT going up and up in votes. Like what? You better do something to fix this, this app. Never using Mubeat again unless problems are addressed and corrected, and justice is given to the groups and fans who put in so much effort in time to vote.

this app is a great app. I can vote for my idols very easily just by watching ads and doing those simple missions like doing surveys or quizzes. The Show is also a great music show that has a bunch of my idols comeback stages! I’m looking forward to TXT’s comeback this year and to using all my heartbeats to help them get 1st place! I’ve been saving up by going on Mubeat everyday to do something small but large for my babies :) Adding on, the connection of this app is pretty good compared to other music/award show apps! Thank you so much this app!

Horrible app! Laggy, and unfair, it was clearly seen that many people online on social medias understood votes were not being counted towards the correct groups. I'm not being biased in any way although I do stan one groups in a certain category over another, but take ATEEZ and TXT for example. Both fandoms worked hard to get their group up top, but it seemed that ATEEZ's votes weren't being counted, or points were being taken off. This shows that the voting system is unfair, and many people have evidence of this. It's as if the company is biased, and only wants one of the options for each category to win. Unfair, and horrible. Learn to be fair, this app. Mubeat will be uninstalled, and wont be coming back until further notice. Have a nice day.

this app claims to be for the fans. They have contests where you can win things for your idols, like ads. They recently did a contest for an ad and asked the fans to design and then retweet the ad they liked the most. They claimed the one with the most retweets would be chosen so long as it didn’t violate their (very vague and CHANGING) rules. The image that was chosen had less than 1,000 retweets. There was another with over 4,000 retweets that did not violate any rules. They even stipulated that the image needed to be sent to their email to be considered however they PERSONALLY reached out to the “winning” design to email them because they had not received it by the day before the contest ended. They literally rigged this contest. They are a fraud.

During the recent competition, myself and most of my fandom were unable to login or vote during the last 3 hours of the voting period. this app says the system was overloaded, however, the competing fandom was able to place their votes just fine. I had four accounts with 75+ votes each that went to waste because I wasn’t able to log in. The FUNNY part?? I could vote just fine for another group as well as other polls. Just not my particular group for a particular award. The “sorry” statement that was issued doesn’t make up for THREE HOURS of the inability to vote. The gap between the groups was only 7000. If we had those last 3hrs, they wouldn’t have caught up with or surpassed us. 🙃

I love Mubeat because I get to vote for groups every week for a different category and I also love it because I get to see all the idols preform. We get to see all their hard work and time spent in the practices and preferences for their fans. Overall it is a very great app to watch the idols preform. Examples are BTS, Monsta X, NCT127, Twice, ITZY, EVERGLOW, BLACKPINK, and a lot more other amazing groups. I recommend Mubeat if you love K-POP or a certain group. Thank you

I never really use Mubeat until 2 days ago. Today, I do try to make my heart full by watching the ads but suddenly the screen just show loading and the ad did not show up. Is it lagging or just my internet? Also why do you put limit for 15 times watching ad? I want to vote for some group or vote for project but becaus of the limitation, I cannot vote as much as I should.

while I have no complaints about Mubeat, I do think something should be reversed. Starbeats should expire (since you are paying for them) while heartbeats shouldn’t. A lot of us spend a decent amount of time collecting beats. It would be unfair to those who spent time collecting and saving only for them to expire after a certain amount of time. Please take this into consideration one day, thank you!

I worked a 12 hour shift on the last day of voting for the awards. Out of the 12 hours of my shift I was able to vote maybe a handful of times. Then couldn’t log in anymore. Tried wifi, without wifi, tried using someone’s hotspot, tried logging into the doctors wifi even! Nothing. So hoping I could vote the last hour and a half by the time I got home and still couldn’t log in. So frustrating and Mubeat is poorly designed for handling large amounts of traffic. Very disappointed that I spent so much time on Mubeat for nothing.

Mubeat was working fine in voting up until this morning when in the most crucial part of the voting process it stopped loading, you couldn’t log in, nothing. If you did vote you would have to leave and reload Mubeat in order to do anything else. Even then when you tried signing in it would tell you there was a network error (which there wasn’t) and you wouldn't be allowed to do anything on it because you weren’t signed in. A lot of groups wound up shafted by this, Ateez, GOT7. Please fix this issue.

I use Mubeat to vote for a group that will debut soon.
I am saving hearts but sometimes while watching ads, the ad ends and the screen gets grayer/darker and it will not let my close the ad or tp anything. So, I have to close Mubeat . It doesn’t even count the ad, and I get no “ beats” for it. That is wasting seconds of my time. Please fix

overall this is an amazing app!! I love being able to interact with other kpop fans and talk about our favorite artists! It’s a lot of fun to vote and make sure our artists win the awards. Overall it’s a great app and I definitely recommend for all kpop fans to come and download ☺️

Despite the issues that happened during the ROTY contest, I still think Mubeat works well. I love getting new notifications about the groups I follow and I still think the voting system is better than in other apps and competitions.

Mubeat is really nice and I’m able to vote for the artists that I think deserve them without costing money or anything, I can easily find my way around Mubeat , and finding content on my faves is easy too. Thank you for Mubeat!
