Ever since they had a sudden maintenance schedule on KpopIdolVote just at the start of hot hours it has crashed nonstop or lagged to the point of being unusable. So many people were and continue to be affected even now. I’ve been trying to use KpopIdolVote just now and I keep getting a bad gateway return error. This is garbage. Fix your app before you make every Kpop fandom hate you.

I have 2 accounts and my first account got banned even though I never used VPN. I believe this is caused by the system error. Many people have address this problem but the staff always gave the same answer in copy and paste. Please fix this problem and recover any accounts who are facing the same issue. Many people actually spend countless hours collecting hearts.

I can’t get hearts by ads videos. Second there is always cheating . Yes cheating I’ll tell you what kind of cheating is it, first people can hack KpopIdolVote second they would choose there idol and go to chats see what they are talking or planning for they would ask them to add them as a friend and give them hearts when they get hearts they would vote for another group and members of the group. Like I really hate something called cheating. This is for voting not for playing. If it was for playing then I wouldn’t give you 1 star. So pls if you can update and add these rules plsssss do.

KpopIdolVote is full of people who will stalk and bully you, and choeaedol will do nothing when you report it. Just a few bullies are driving our entire community off KpopIdolVote but choeaedol doesn't care because the bullying makes them money. Reporting bad users does nothing. I'm leaving KpopIdolVote, there are others that have better environments and actually care enough to act against bullying

I didn’t have any issues with KpopIdolVote until it took away over 13k ever hearts that I saved up. I clicked on the “use daily hearts only” section of the voter and instead it took away my ever hearts as well as all my daily hearts, didn’t count my hearts for level up, and didn’t even count the votes towards the group I voted for. Basically, I’m demanding that I get most, if not all, of the ever hearts that I worked hard to collect. It’s unfair to me since I spent so much time invested collecting these ever hearts only to have them taken from me without reason. Again, I demand that I am returned all of the ever hearts that were taken from me!

I invited my friends to download KpopIdolVote and put me as a recommender as they sign up, so they did. As far as i know when someone puts your nickname as recommender you’ll receive a reward but in my case i didn’t receive any rewards.. I waited for so many hours but i didn’t receive any rewards... Also i cant watch an ad bcoz its always unavailable, so what am i going to do if i cant vote for my idol???

I like KpopIdolVote, but there seems to be a bug where I would try to watch an ad, but it would take forever to load, and then it would say that there are no ads and tell me to try again later. Please fix this and I’ll change my review!
I prefer shorter ads that are around 5 seconds long. There are so many that are 30 seconds long. It would be great if there was an option to watch ads every hour instead of every 30 minutes.

I hope you guys would make sure that you actually give me the star when i watch the video and also i hope that you will give me a star after even i might exist a game that you offered me to download. Because i cant play that game all day after i download and if i exist the game after i download it i wont receive a star anymore and i think that really unfair.

I gave this three stars because it is a good app in concept but the execution hasn’t delivered. The main problem seems to be with the manner of acquiring hearts. The ads fail to load quite often making earning hearts very time consuming. If you can’t earn hearts then KpopIdolVote is pointless. Additionally, persons having multiple accounts also make the results less meaningful. It really should be one account per device at most. It’s nice that you only participate in the conversation feed for who you have as your group/individual but there is still spamming by other group supporters on pages and you have to spend hearts to report them and yet they still keep showing up. It would be nice if they could get some interaction with the actual kpop stars through KpopIdolVote however it seems mostly just people rabidly interested in the game aspect of it and little else.

I’ve been using CHOEAEDOL for a few years now and it worked fine. Lately I’ve been having issues with ads and my votes aren’t being saved. I’ll drop everhearts and daily hearts on my posts and it’s not being counted so it doesn’t go towards my rank. It’s really inconvenient when I drop big amount on posts for charity fairy and it doesn’t count and help with my rank. There should be a way to report these issues on KpopIdolVote as well and if there is I’m it sure how :( please help fix this to make it more enjoyable.

People shouldn’t be allowed to change their idol every 2 days, people are constantly spying on other groups and spying especially with the AAA awards. Other than that the only problem I have are the occasional glitches. Thank you for KpopIdolVote 😊

It’s a great way to keep up with our idols but the adding friends section keeps crashing. I’m still unable to add friends to give/get daily hearts and my level is >3. I can’t find any way on my end to fix this. Overall though it’s a good app.

I don’t know if it’s just me but when I try to watch a new ad for hearts the CHOEAEDOL Duck character often stays on screen and won’t let me exit the ad once it is completed. So many times the duck interfered with the collecting of hearts. The only way I can go back to the home page of KpopIdolVote was by completely closing KpopIdolVote and reopening it. By doing this however it wouldn’t give me the hearts I was promised to get after completing the ad. Expect for the ad loading error every other feature in KpopIdolVote is great, I especially like the idol quiz and the idol face match. A recommendation for KpopIdolVote is including games that allows fans to gain hearts, limiting the number of times a fan can play is also okay ( 3 times is good).

KpopIdolVote is pretty self explanatory and easy to use. However, I have a problem earning the ever-hearts using the advertisement option. Unfortunately, it seems that they are unavailable. Hopefully they can fix this.

It’s a good game, I just have one problem... the language. I go to settings and language is on English, but some stuff are in Korean. I’m not talking about usernames, but when it notifies me. I can barely read it because I’m still learning how to read, write and speak Korean, but if its a challenge then challenge excepted( I kinda like challenges) but please try fix this. That’s why i rated this game 4 stars. This is still a good game.

Only downloaded KpopIdolVote for my girls TWICE! Congrats TWICE & ONCE!!! Although KpopIdolVote gets overwhelmed at times, I feel great being a part of a hardworking voting team. This might be the only winning team some of us might ever belong to irl.

Out of all the voting apps I have downloaded this is the only one that’s super easy to use and understand. I didn’t experience any crazy glitches or connection issues like the rest. It’s straight to the point. Plus it has everything on here.

I was pleasantly impressed with it and only downloaded it to support Got7. Although a little janky at times, still a very good app and even reminds me when a member of my favorite group goes on Idol Radio ☺️

ARMY supporting a BTS because they deserve to win all the awards, not only because they are the best at singing and dancing but also they have a very valuable heart, they have 7 years of efforts fighting to excel and their successes make me happy.🗳

Great for supporting your group but it is a hassle to watch ads to gain hearts just to vote for your favorite group maybe allow us to watch more then 10 ads per hour

If you’re lucky enough for KpopIdolVote to load then you get gateway timeout errors that prevent you from voting during hot time. Um, hot time is supposed to be when people vote the most so what is KpopIdolVote good for? Also why are perform app maintenance only a few hrs before voting time?? Whatever update was applied did not help and many of us just lost time to vote for nothing.

I signed up about thirty minutes ago on my phone but it didn’t log me into my account. When I go to login there’s no where for me to type in my email and password. Why is this happening?

I work on missions on a daily to get hearts and either i finish the long missions that take like a day or two then i dont get my reward. Or i am working on a mission then by the time i check to see if its still there, the mission is gone. So i wasted so much time on trying to complete a mission and not even get my reward.

I love KpopIdolVote cause I can vote for my favorites! However I would recommend adding a feature to be able to talk with friends. It’d be cool to meet people that I have stuff in common with!

I haven't had any issue and it's pretty straight forward. Earning hearts is easy. Can seem slightly rigged since you can also purchase hearts. But it is what it is.

it was great because you can see every K-pop or Group that you love and you can do everything in there. So I think you get KpopIdolVote in town now.

The only issues that I’ve had were random crashes here and there. But overall, not bad 👌

KpopIdolVote is nice, a little confusing at first but it’s fun! I wish it would tell me if my posts would give me hearts or not before I posted something!

I think KpopIdolVote Is really good and we're able to communicate with our fandoms pretty well❤️ plus it works really well too

I like that you can’t purchase hearts until after voting is over.

Very good interface, clear and easy instructions, but should clarify the heart refill.
