I’ve never in my 18 years of working with Popeyes seen a system that can’t handle erroneous claims. The old system we used would ask for proof of purchase/ ask for pictures/ would actually code the calls correctly. Example a employee calls in to ask about a W-2 and instead of just passing the information over as a no fault of the store it’s coded as a complaint. Customers call in at any given time and the system immediately issues a vague response ( apologized and issued a coupon) the scammers have figured this out and are plaguing the system with false calls.
My wife works for Wawa and they ask for proof of purchase/ pictures of food errors which she stated have cut their complaints by 85% because the system flushed out the fake claims
Design a system that works! Our managers and team work extremely hard and your lack of proof and actually reporting the real issues is bringing morale issues down to the staff.
QualtricsXM is crashing for gov-1 users. Crashes when you select “I work for a US Government Agency.” This just started happening a couple weeks ago.

QualtricsXM is terrible and not convenient. Better off just signing in on laptop.
Notifications have quit with last update. So no clue when new surveys drop.
I’m using an IPhone 12 IOS 14.8, but I can’t get my dashboards to show in QualtricsXM . I has been like that for more than a month.
Logged in to my friends account and nothing would load. Tried to make my own but their stupid no password just login with your email doesnt work. It’s trash so dont waste your time.
As soon as you tap the option for gov, QualtricsXM immediately crashes and cant be opened again.
Doesn't load, not user friendly, customers even have issues completing surveys. QualtricsXM freezers on the employee and customer end. It's confusing even with watching the videos on how to navigate. Probably because it doesn't load, too many tabs and clicks to just view a simple survey.
When logged in it acts like it’s continuously trying to load data even though the data is loaded. It does this glitchy thing where it scrolls/lags on its own so you can’t stay in one place to look at something. One of the bar graphs is so long you have to scroll forever to get to the next graph.
Keeps loading no data to show ahh…
