From what I can tell BIGtoken is literally a pyramid scheme. Making it so you earn money by recruiting more people. The more and more down the line it goes the less money is made. The owners of BIGtoken making the most money off of people joining their app and doing all the dirty work. The owners of BIGtoken are tricking people into joining BIGtoken by promising them free money. What does that free money cost you? It costs you personal data that is taken from the creators of BIGtoken and sold to other companies. They use you the consumer to recruit more people who then in turn give out their data and get more people to join this scam. On top of that from what I’ve heard you can only withdraw your money 30 days after making an account and having made $21. 21 free dollars sounds good right? Well actually it slows down the amount of questions and things you get as you get closer to 30 days making it harder to get more money. You can also only withdraw 1/4 of your money earned meaning that $21 is now $5.25 before fees.

BIGtoken used to be great. They would give you enough so you could cash out $5 a month minimum. With the recent update, I am unable to cash out. Says I have a pending transaction which I do not. I also run a team and I cannot answer my team question every day. BIGtoken force closes when you try to answer a team question. It force closes when you try to send a message. And big shocker force closes when you try to contact support. BIGtoken used to be decent. It would take them a little bit to pay you but they always did. Now since last update, you can answer questions but you can’t get paid for them. Seriously considering deleting BIGtoken now.
UPDATE - I sent the email and they never responded. I ran a team in BIGtoken which I lost, because unable to answer questions. So losing money thanks to their mistakes. DO NOT DOWNLOAD BIGtoken UNTIL THEY FIX!!! They freeze your account with “pending transactions” you don’t have so they dont have to pay you.

Downloaded BIGtoken and was going to join but after reading the reviews about the 25% withdrawal restriction, I changed my mind and deleted it. Leaving this review only so that developers will see people are passing BIGtoken by due to the restriction. Now its up to them to determine if its worth changing that.

Response to developer response:
I understand your rationale and have read that response on other reviews. However, the entire idea that your app is built on is the selling of my data. I hope you see that the rationale given for the restriction translates into you having only 25% faith in your own business plan. From the standpoint of someone looking at whether to invest my time and energy into your app, it is simply unattractive. I hope you take this exchange for what it is, feedback from someone who was fully prepared to joint your venture, but decided against solely because of this policy. This is feedback is offered for your benefit, not mine.

0/5 stars but that’s obviously not an option. Have to wait 30 day to cash out and accumulate $21 dollars worth of points but can only withdraw 25% once a month. That’s annoying enough but it’s also claims to have a 5 day payout turn around but I’ve been waiting for a while and seen nothing. Here’s a tip: take a closer look at the 4 and 5 star reviews. Have of them aren’t even about BIGtoken! The talk about investment or savings account apps which this is not. Don’t even try it. Also I guarantee the developer comment will say something like “I’m sorry you had a bad experience and you should email us”, which is exactly what the comment after every negative review. Maybe the next time you want to make a scammy app don’t let your users message each other and talk about how bad it is.

There are 10 team members so nine including me. I currently have two team members in our private room But if I want to add more team members it is not an easy transition. Every time I click on a profile to add to the circle it Checks the circle As if The person has been added but their picture does not come up and it does not give them access to answer the question. You could see them in the team chat but you can’t see them on the inner circle for them to answer questions. Adding people should be more efficient and easier to navigate. Then when you do I had a name in the search the names will pop up for a second with pictures and then they will disappear and it doesn’t allow you to scroll up to see other team members with that name.

Payment is supposed to take up to seven days to be received after points are redeemed. It has now been ten days and I still have not received payment. I have sent multiple e-mails and messages to their team over the past three days but have either been dismissed or ignored entirely. If you look through their various social media accounts, 99 % of the comments are from people with the exact same problem, some who have been waiting as long as three months for their money with absolutely nothing from the team. I wish I had looked through these comments before I ever signed up. If this app continues to treat their customers like this, they will go out of business very soon. Avoid at all costs.

BIGtoken makes it easy to earn a few extra dollars by doing something simple...just answer some questions. It pays attention to your answers and give you extra to elaborate on the response you’ve already given. So simple.

Downfalls:

1. You can, as of right now, only cash out 25% of your total. Which is kind of annoying, but hopefully they’ll get to a stage where you can cash out all of what you’ve earned

2. I attempted to cash out on $10 of my “reward” points and I have not received it yet. It’s been 5 days. Tried to click on support within BIGtoken , and it force closes and doesn’t allow me to contact anyone.

*EDIT* It has been 10 days now since I attempted to redeem and still nothing in my PayPal account. Still can not access support.

3. As of today, I try clicking on “Team” in the menu to answer that survey question and BIGtoken continues to force close.

*i do have BIGtoken on the current update, so I don’t know why I am having this issue*

15 days later....still no money received and no response by email or here.

Was able to build points pretty quickly until getting to about the $25 redemption mark, and then the dynamic questions (high value) kept crashing BIGtoken .

Once I finally got to 30 days to be able to redeem points for cash, I see I’m only allowed $5 as I must maintain a $21 point level minimum! But I can’t build much past that level since BIGtoken crashes. The fine print is ridiculous, so basically that’s $20 or so worth of points you never get to redeem?!

Would be better to set a minimum point threshold with no $ value attached and then begin tallying value since you can’t redeem under minimum.

I’ve had this app for over a month now, and before I hit that 30 day mark (you can’t withdraw until you’ve been a member for at least 30 days and have at LEAST $21) I was getting tasks/questions by the boat load everyday which made the $ rack up pretty quickly. But once I hit that 30 day mark and got closer to my $21 withdraw I stopped getting a lot of questions. I get maybe one a day now, which is a little disappointing since I’m close to my withdrawal mark. Now it seems it could take me an additional week or so to reach the minimum to withdrawal. Also, what they don’t tell you until it’s time to withdrawal, is that you can only cash out 1/4 of that earning amount. So I will get only $5.25 (but only $5 because of the paypal fee, of course) of my earnings after a month of working at it PLUS you can only cash out ONCE every month which is also a major disappointment. Also, I have to wait up to 5 days to even see that money in my paypal. BUT, it’s still really simple, very easy questions to answer and pretty passive... Not a big earner, but it’s still a free $5 or so and I know they’re still working on BIGtoken so maybe one day this review will change as time goes in. I’ll definitely stick around to see where this thing goes!

BIGtoken is very cool, I’ve been using it for less than a month and almost have racked up 27 dollars! BIGtoken worked great until two weeks ago. Any time I click on the dynamic option, BIGtoken glitches out and goes off so now I’m unable to complete most of my tasks and I’m missing out on a lot. I have tried every way to fix it but it won’t work. I would appreciate if the developers could update BIGtoken and fix any bugs so it will work properly again. When it works right, BIGtoken is very great and I love it

I’ve had the Big Token app for a handful of months now and I’ve saved my points, looking forward to my $5 each month. As a broke college student it makes the difference to help me out some. It usually takes around 5-7 days for my transaction to pend but this time it’s been over a month. I’ve e-mailed support and I did hear back and I was told that there was a high amount of transactions at the moment. I understand but it’s a little disappointing to not have received a notification that it would be delayed. Communication is key when making sure your users are on the same page. I hope to see more e-mails about issues/ time expectancies/ events! I will continue to use BIGtoken and once everything has gone through I’d give it 5 stars. Happy holidays!

I have been on BIGtoken for a while now. I was even there when it was in beta testing. It’s an amazing app & very easy & simple to use. But since the most recent update I can not do any of the team actions & I have people in my “team” getting very upset that it is costing them points. I uninstalled and reinstalled BIGtoken , & still the team action isn’t working. I have also emailed support about the issue, but their response was about redeeming points & not on what my initial email was about. Please fix! On day two of my team actions not working!

BIGtoken seems really easy to use. I wish that they did let you pay out all your points but I know that it’s getting to that stage. I’d love to give BIGtoken 5 stars but until I see a few more gift cards like Roblox for the people using BIGtoken for this, Starbucks, and Apple gift cards/Play Store gift cards. Other than that I will continue to use BIGtoken and try to get my first redemption!

I think BIGtoken needs another update. I can’t see my team messages anymore and also we still want to know when we can actually cash out on the redeem page in which y’all have removed. Also the update today hasn’t fixed any bugs because it’s worse now than before. Still loving BIGtoken though.🥰 If anyone doubts BIGtoken Don’t. They definitely payout. If you’re legit then you shouldn’t have any problems. Just remember that they just came out of beta and are still getting BIGtoken together hang in there. I’m sure more good things are coming 🥰. Patience is the key.

BIGtoken is amazing! Ive been wanting to start using my money to make more money on my own for a while. Ive tried a few different investing apps but never really found one I liked. But BIGtoken truly takes the cake. It not only chooses stocks that they think will make me money, but they tell me WHY they chose those stocks. BIGtoken will help me make money while also educating me on different investment practices and procedures. Its also extremely user-friendly and simple! Im so excited to keep using BIGtoken long term.

Ive been trying to cash out with my netspend card for over a month and you guys keep telling me my username and my password are wrong when i know this is impossible!!! I have over $50 due to me. Please help!!! Because i love this app!!! Thanks kat

Hi, I finally reached enough points this morning to cash out. I connected my PayPal and redeemed my $15 but it just keeps saying "pending". When can I expect my payment? Thank you for your assistance.

I have a pending for 15$ i got a email saying if i cash out before Thursday witch was yesterday ill recieve my payment friday witch is today from my understanding and the email i recieve they pay out every friday if you cashout before 12 midnight

FIX THIS I AM UPSET I WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS APP, I have many health issues and my soon-to-be-husband and I are barely getting by, I was hoping this could be a way I could get a couple extra bucks to help us out because I have chronic health issues that prevent me from working but I can’t currently qualify for disability (Covid reasons) I have been doing surveys diligently for over a week and excited to see my points go up only to see all these reviews that seem truthfully, and brutally honest about how this app is being poorly run. Please fix it! I need this to work, and I have been working for it. You’re making plenty of money off our information, so please give us the little we were promised and are owed for it!
