I love SantasSecretKeeper. I am home sick and unable to gather everyone together and pick names the traditional way. I’m recovering from surgery so I don’t feel like speaking much on the phone. I discovered SantasSecretKeeper that creates an email for me to send out to everyone and shuffles the names and matches participants. I absolutely love it. I even had a late addition, which I don’t recommend you do. However, SantasSecretKeeper was so great they answered my emails and were able to resolve my issue and send out another email. This is going to be our new way to to Secret Santa every year! I love it!

I love SantasSecretKeeper its so useful and it sends an email to everyone if it doesn’t you can send the message from WhatsApp or messages and it tells them the person. Only ONE person has to get SantasSecretKeeper not the whole group in order for it to work you can also put a description of when,where,why so everyone knows every detail. A just love SantasSecretKeeper it’s so good if there was more stars i would give it the most stars. Very useful so nobody cheats it sends an email instead of putting papers in a hat and picking one.

SantasSecretKeeper!! Last year my Secret Santa (SS) exchange went totally wrong. It was just an administrative mess! This year, it was seamless thanks to SantasSecretKeeper! I thought SS wasn’t going to happen this year since all my participants were in different locations. Then I found SantasSecretKeeper! Loaded names and their emails and boom! SantasSecretKeeper is simple to use and does all the work! Only recommendation I’d make is to allow it to send to texts to participants. Despite that, still a 5 star app!

SantasSecretKeeper was the life saver to keep our tradition. Since we weren’t gonna be able to meet before Christmas Day we used for our name drawing.
Be sure to double check everyone’s email.
Customer support was great at helping me out with people that said didn’t received the email.
(Be sure to tell your friends to look on the Spam box, sometimes the email goes there)

With such great reviews, I thought this would be an all inclusive app. But it’s not at all. Save yourself the trouble and use a website called DRAW NAMES. Much better! Suggestions - home Page that is Christmas themed with tabs for groups instead of a plain white page showing email addresss for the ONE group. Options to add more than one group (ie one for friends, one for family, etc..). Option to add exclusions (married spouses or those who had each other last year). Remember the Group from last year and who gifted whom to set exclusions. SantasSecretKeeper could be awesome if they made some easy tweaks.

As the person who got SantasSecretKeeper I can’t even see who had who which is great. It does the job just as I was expecting which isn’t really a trend with the other apps. In many of them there are minor flaws like someone might get themselves or it shows you in a list where to find out which one is yours you can easily see who everyone else has. Overall does the job.

Our family exchange is stockings so SantasSecretKeeper is nice that we can do this and it figures it out for us. I also like that you can block people so you’re not getting the same person year after year-yeah I will show you who bought for who the previous year so you can block them for the current year.

I LOVE SantasSecretKeeper! It’s perfect for any secret Santa with any number of people. The art is festive and really cute! The only thing I wish could be changed is that we could send secrets Santas like a text, not an email. SantasSecretKeeper doesn’t accept phone numbers if I try to type one. But overall, amazing app! I’d definitely recommend it, especially if your looking for something free.

SantasSecretKeeper is great. I have made many Secret Santa groups over the last two years and it is very convenient. However, I wish you could use phone numbers instead of emails to send out matches. Other than that, it’s a great app especially during this pandemic and SantasSecretKeeper will save groups/emails to use each year!

SantasSecretKeeper was so easy to use and made it so easy to match people when we were all to busy to meet up and draw names. On top of all that, I messed up an email address and had to contact the owner through the Facebook page. They responded so quickly and resolved my problem in a matter of MINUTES! I will be using SantasSecretKeeper for all of my gifting from now on!

Great app, simple to use. I loved the feature that allows you to customize the list. Our family gift giving includes multiple families. SantasSecretKeeper allows the administrator the ability to customize the list so that you can avoid gift giving to members of the same household.

SantasSecretKeeper is much better than the other ones where the person coordinating can see who has who. Everyone gets an email with an animated screen revealing their name- so cute and exciting! Got everyone in the mood to start getting their gifts. I also appreciated how helpful the support staff was and quick to answer my questions on email.

As the organizer of our family Pollyanna for years, it is so nice to finally be a able to be surprised along with everyone else! SantasSecretKeeper is an easy and festive way to coordinate gift giving for Christmas. It would be over the top if you could create a space for people to post their gift suggestions for participants to see. Thanks for this little gem of an app!

This is a great and simple app! My family is scattered across the US and we’re reuniting for Christmas. The only reason this isn’t getting 5 stars is because I don’t like not being able to go back and forth in the setup. For example, if I submit that the max is $30 and move forward to submit emails, I can’t go back to change the max or the name of the secret Santa party after that.

This truly is a no nonsense free app! The development is seamless without any bugs! I love the user friendly interface and over all look of the application. My only recommendation would be to make the resent email button available once a change is made to the list. Thank you so much for a fun & friendly app!

Pretty much the title! My only points of criticism are 1) SantasSecretKeeper wouldn’t let me delete participants and 2) you can’t stay signed into your account. However, they are minor inconveniences which I’m sure the devs will eventually fix. Otherwise, I liked this the best out of all the Secret Santa apps I tried on SantasSecretKeeper Store. It deserves more recognition!

This made figuring out our family secret Santa so easy. We usually set it up at thanksgiving in person but due to the pandemic we were not able to be together. This was so easy. Actually this was easier than when we do it in person!

Perfect for group Christmas gatherings. Although 2020 holidays are looking a bit different this year. Since we are mostly first responders and healthcare workers, we are still able to use this to bring us together even for a virtual Christmas gathering.

I use this for my family since we are growing and each sibling has their own family so to make things cheaper for all of us, we have this Secret Santa. So it’s nice to have an app that does it all for you. Especially when you have family that’s out-of-state so you can’t just draw in a hat.

It would be really nice to have a wishlist or to have a side note on everyone’s name so they may write their own wishlist that way their secret Santa will know a little bit more about them. Also it would be great if we were able to use phone numbers as a form of sending out the names

SantasSecretKeeper made this years secret Santa so much easier! Very user friendly and best part is that everyone gets an email with their secret Santa. Loved this so much as it made it easier for our family since we were not all in the same country at the time of selection. Will continue to use it.

My only constructive critique would be to have option to navigate screens. (Ie going back to edit after leaving instruction page)

Granted it was a small thing. SantasSecretKeeper worked perfectly for what I needed and it was quick easy cute. Can’t wait to see how it goes at Christmas

I’ve tried three times to to send app out to my family. There needs to be more flexibility in making corrections for misspelled emails for example, than to have to start all over again. I would imagine it would get frustrating for the receiver and more so for the sender. Also would be nice for receivers to have a place to send hints back to sender that could be sent to their secret Santa. Thank you!

SantasSecretKeeper seriously gets the point and I’m here for it. I tried downloading some other more popular apps but literally all I wanted was to organize names and this does just that! You can even block matches so that people won’t want to redraw names just bc they got someone they didn’t want!
