I constantly have to remove HarmonySASE and redownload it from HarmonySASE Store to get it to work. I do this probably once a week or more. I try to always keep my VPN on, so I keep “auto reconnect” and “automatic wi-fi security” on. I will notice that I am not connected to my wifi because the VPN isn’t working. I have gotten in touch with customer support and the only way to fix this is to delete and redownload HarmonySASE , which means that I often have to turn my VPN off to do this and I lose a lot of data before I notice.
HarmonySASE, simply put, does not work the way it’s supposed to and needs to be fixed.
Says a patch was released to fix a bug where users are stuck on loading screen after clicking login but that is incorrect. Bug still exists and going on for a month. Just stuck on loading with no access to Login flow. Eventually crashes.
Apparently (based on other reviews) it is a known bug, very frustrating it gets stuck before asking for the login… tried re-install, removed iPad policies, not help.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled it multiple times. Nothing works. Cant login. Very frustrating.
Doesn’t work. Doesn’t respond to taps, can’t use HarmonySASE .
I wished that HarmonySASE would do something simple, rotate the screen. It’s almost like no one actually tested it on a real ipad and tried to use it. still seeing problems with app starting on ipad 18.1
One cosmetic issue - the client doesn’t understand landscape mode. It is extremely awkward for those that are trying to use tablets as a workstation.
